Simple, easy and enjoyable process

Bought my forst pair of Warby Parker glasses today and spas excited to get them sent to me. I loved the store, so many wonderful choices and thesales associate was very helpful. I purchased the Esme in the aventurine tortoise with polished gold. I would recommend Warby Parker.

I stopped by the Pinecrest store to have my sunglasses adjusted. The staff is always friendly and helpful, but I want to give special recognition to Arionne. She’s outstanding—very knowledgeable, professional, and always greets me with a warm smile!

Melissa is absolutely fantastic. Definitely go here and request her!

Walked into the Warby with a picture of 2 pair of glasses that I have been looking at online. Matthew walked over and asked what type of frameI like. He pulled the EXACT 2 pair that I wanted! Because of the price when buying 2 pair, I bought both. Loved my experience!

I’m not sure if I have bad luck with glasses, but I’m on my second pair since oct 2024. I’ve had to bring them in every single month to get them tightened, sometimes the screws would completely fall out, I would have to tape my glasses. I also got anti scratch lenses, somehow they seem more scratched than any glasses I have ever had. At a certain point we mention getting a new pair because coming in every month is insane. We were told no. You can just come get them repaired here for free is what they told me. Okay. About a month ago we’re back again to get them repaired for the umpteenth time. At this point they just fall off my face. We decide to bring up getting new ones, and the person had told us. Unfortunately we can’t give you new ones because you’re coming up to a year since purchasing them, which sure I can understand. But this was the same person who told us no and to keep coming back to get them repaired. I had to get my entire frame replaced paying full price. For a defective product they were aware of. I hate to write negative reviews, or call anyone out. But the product and service I have gotten here has been below acceptable.

The staff, especially Michelle, were friendly, patient, and listened to what we wanted. She is a fine representative of the organization. The selection of frames was fairly extensive.

If they tell you you're out of network and you know you aren't, push back! Drove three hours total to get new frames from here. Allegedly, they couldn't "find me in the system," told me I was out of network, and that I could purchase the frames myself and potentially be reimbursed. I left, called Warby Parker customer service on my drive back, and sure enough, I was in network the entire time. Staff was very friendly, but some extra training in tracking down insurance coverage would be very beneficial for all parties involved! I feel like you guys owe me gas money, but I digress.

We visited this store for the first time- My special needs adult son- has behavior issues & his glasses take the brunt of it. A caring very knowledgeable woman helped us -even tried to fix a pair beyond repair for us! Thank you so much-several frames to try on in person too= ! Thank You

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and there were plenty of options to choose from. I also liked that certain frames come in different sizes.

Easy to get in and out, and even though there was a wait they got us seen very quickly!

Customer service was awesome. I found the Eyewear I was looking for. The price was reasonable and comparable to other discount stores. All insurances are not accepted and I think a list would have been more preventable than scrolling thru on a cell phone. I now have to file a claim with my insurance company. Bummer!

Will (optician) is the absolute best. He took time to adjust my glasses for a perfect fit!

First store visit today was great, immediately provided help and extremely good customer service. Helped answer all questions and I was able to pick out a pair of glasses. I enjoyed process, price, and easy insurance use. Easy from start to finish. Just wish they had in-store service and not ship to home only, that way I don’t have to make an extra stop in case they need adjusted once I receive them. And waiting up to two weeks to get the glasses via mail is not quite as convenient or quick as some in store services. But it does create a cost savings for the consumer.
