Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, and willing to go above and beyond for their customer. My partner and I went in to tighten and adjust her frames.It took only a few minutes and in that time we were given some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. They were engaging, asked insightful questions, and seemed willing to help with just about anything they could. As of this review they’ve only been open a few days, but this will be my go to place for any glasses needs as long as they keep their level of customer service to the standards they’re at now.

We have been WAITING for this store to open! We just happened by to see if there were any updates and they were there!!!! They got their prep stuff done early, so opened the doors unofficially and jumped right in! They were super friendly and helpful—I needed my glasses that I had bought online from WP adjusted and my husband was the very first customer to order at that location. What an honor! ;) We are impressed with the quality, price (even without insurance coverage—they helped us with that as well), and customer service (I wish I could remember who helped us! Michael, I think?). Highly recommend!

INCREDIBLE! The new store at The Greene was PERFECT! Immaculate, easy to navigate and the endless frame options OMG!! The customer service was impeccable...professional not "pushy" and Gregory was a dream to work with! Just took a walk through the New store at the Greene. The selection there is outstanding And the staff is extremely helpful. Zachary in particular was a big help. We will definitely be back.

I had such a great experience looking for new glasses here. Their selection was vast and Christoper was extremely helpful and patient. I found a pair that I absolutely loved and the price was not bad at all. This was my first time purchasing glasses and my experience at Warby Parker was pleasant - I will definitely be a repeat customer.
