Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

My experience here was top notch. They were very patient as I learned to put in my contact lenses and they offered me a very thorough exam. Also zero pressure to buy glasses. I intend to return here in a few weeks after I get used to my contact lenses to purchase a pair or two of backup glasses. Great selection.

First timer. I loved the size of the store, not too big, not too small. It has more selections than larger stores. None of the previous stores I visited had frames wirh low bridges. I have been in the customer service industry since high school & know all that it entails. Although you work with one person, they work as a team. Their one goal was "me." After two very large stores & shopping online over the course of three weeks, I knew what I wanted. It was a matter of finding it. Everyone brought me glasses that fit my criteria. The service was excellent. They understood my needs & style. I was in and out very quickly. I love that. I would definitely come back for all my future needs & would recommend it to all my friends & family.

My husband and I had the best experience ever at Warby Parker. The staff was very helpful, informative and kind. Dr. Clark has provided me information on my vision health and procedures to correct the issue, than any other optometrist I've seen in 20 years. She set me at ease and was so patient and supportive. Katie was on point helping me pick out frames and lenses. She asked a few questions and had several pairs of frames that were in my wheelhouse on color and style. I would recommend this team to anyone without hesitation.

I was taken back immediately after arriving for my appointment 5-10 minutes early. Dr. Clark was very personable and knowledgeable, providing lots of good information that’s never been shared with me before despite the fact of wearing glasses since I was young. The store was clean and had lots of selection, with all sorts of frame shapes/colors on hand. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this store after my first experience today!

Even after being a customer for 10 years Warby Parker can still up its game. I went in to buy new glasses today and had the best experience I have ever had - the 2 associates were incredibly helpful and kind. They helped me buy some new glasses and contacts. I have been putting off this chore for several weeks, bud was able to order new glasses and contacts quickly and easily. And I am really excited about my new glasses.

Love Warby! Very nice selection of glasses and very reasonably priced. Price of frame includes single vision lenses. And they mail them directly to your home. This is the only place I go for my glasses! Staff was very friendly as well.

I came to this Warby Parker a couple weeks ago to get my new glasses fitted. The woman who helped me simply did not care. I asked for bigger nose pads, she put them on upside down (I didn’t know this until later). I asked for the frame to fit my face better, instead one side was so bent out that when I went to get them refit at Kenwood today, the optician there had to take a lot of time and effort to get them bent back into shape. Basically it felt like the woman at liberty was just rushing through the motions, she didn’t even test the frames on my face. She was the most talkative when I was leaving and she tried to sell me on a new glasses case.
I’ve been shopping at Warby for over a decade and I’ve never felt disappointed like I did when I went to this store. I’ll just stick to Kenwood from here on out.
