Square One

I was looking for glasses recently and I had heard of Warby Parker but had never been in the store. I went to Square One and checked out the selection. I looked at quite a few different stores and I found their selection to be stylish overall. I got my first pair of glasses for approx $500 (though I do thin out my lenses due to my high prescription which added around $200 to the cost). So if you don't need to do that, the prices are quite reasonable! I had amazing customer support from a supervisor (can't recall her name!). As I was purchasing, she gave me a lot of good information and did recommend I pick up my glasses in store for adjustments. In only about a week my glasses came into the store and I went to pick them up. Much faster than their ETA of 15-17 business days. I then decided to purchase a second pair of sunglasses as I realized I had more money on my secondary insurance. The same associate went above and beyond to give me a 15% discount that normally would only happen when you purchase 2 pairs at the same time. I ended up saving about $80 from this! I was truly impressed with this - I absolutely will be coming back down the line.

Alba helped us picked out the perfect glasses and was extremely helpful when they needed adjustment. She is fast and efficient and made my experience at Warby Parker amazing.

Good variety of frame shapes, and what very important for a perfect fit, all of them in multiple width options. I was shocked how different same frame looks in medium, regular, wide and extra wide. Purchased Heyden wide with Clip-on for myself and Durand medium with Clip-on for my better half. We are visited store three time during our shopping for the frames, every time consultants were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't decide between Durand and Hayden, all three girls, including optometrist, were voting for pros and cons of each frame on my far from perfect face. Thank you for the collective decision! 🤩 In previous visit guy went to storage and back about 15 times to make sure my wife and I tryed all combinations of frames and Clip-ons. Suggested low bridge option, that was absolutely perfect fit and a brilliant suggestion! I didn't even considered lower bridge. Didn't know they existed. I had a great experience getting my first pair of glasses at this location! Jade was amazing in helping me find the unique look and style I was going for, and explained everything very thoroughly. Everyone was very kind and the whole process was extremely smooth! Highly recommend
