I came in to get my glasses readjusted after getting hit in the face with a volleyball. Alba went above and beyond to make sure my glasses fit perfectly, and even replaced my nose pads. My experience here was spectacular!

I've purchased several pairs of glasses and sunglasses from here in the past and the experience was good, but on my last visit I went in with another pair of glasses and they refused to clean them or even give me something to clean them. Very poor experience. Any other optical place like Lensecrafters will clean your glasses when asked.

I was looking for glasses recently and I had heard of Warby Parker but had never been in the store. I went to Square One and checked out the selection. I looked at quite a few different stores and I found their selection to be stylish overall. I got my first pair of glasses for approx $500 (though I do thin out my lenses due to my high prescription which added around $200 to the cost). So if you don't need to do that, the prices are quite reasonable! I had amazing customer support from a supervisor (can't recall her name!). As I was purchasing, she gave me a lot of good information and did recommend I pick up my glasses in store for adjustments. In only about a week my glasses came into the store and I went to pick them up. Much faster than their ETA of 15-17 business days. I then decided to purchase a second pair of sunglasses as I realized I had more money on my secondary insurance. The same associate went above and beyond to give me a 15% discount that normally would only happen when you purchase 2 pairs at the same time. I ended up saving about $80 from this! I was truly impressed with this - I absolutely will be coming back down the line.

Alba helped us picked out the perfect glasses and was extremely helpful when they needed adjustment. She is fast and efficient and made my experience at Warby Parker amazing.

Good variety of frame shapes, and what very important for a perfect fit, all of them in multiple width options. I was shocked how different same frame looks in medium, regular, wide and extra wide. Purchased Heyden wide with Clip-on for myself and Durand medium with Clip-on for my better half. We are visited store three time during our shopping for the frames, every time consultants were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I couldn't decide between Durand and Hayden, all three girls, including optometrist, were voting for pros and cons of each frame on my far from perfect face. Thank you for the collective decision! 🤩 In previous visit guy went to storage and back about 15 times to make sure my wife and I tryed all combinations of frames and Clip-ons. Suggested low bridge option, that was absolutely perfect fit and a brilliant suggestion! I didn't even considered lower bridge. Didn't know they existed. All and all, highly recommend this brend and Square One Location. Thank you all for making this experience so smooth and fun!🙏🏻 Can not wait to receive our new glasses! ✌🏻

Incredible retail experience with helpful and experienced staff. Great quality glasses and “understated elegance”, which fits my personal style perfectly. I tried to go to Ray Ban, but the experience was just lacking. Warby Parker for me for life.

I really enjoy shopping at Warby because of the service, selection and pricing. Everyone is very professional and provides space to look around and attention to help. Specifically, Alba made me feel very comfortable. I returned a pair of glasses I wasn't sure of and through her help, I left with two pairs of glasses I really liked. She is very willing and kind. The atmosphere is bright and warm, with minimalistic design. Pricing is moderately ranged. I purchased low prescription glasses for ~$270 and sunglasses for ~$350. Selection is great for people with low nose bridge!

Person on the phone lied they DO NOT measure PD here unless you buy in store. Came here for nothing. I was trying to buy them with the online store and they wouldn't measure it unless I placed an order in this store. Don't listen to what the person on the phone tells you.
