Optometrist was great! On a recent eye exam I was told my prescription was pretty much the same from 4 years ago. I was surprised, given I couldn't see clearly with my computer glasses. So I went into the store today and the optometrist discovered that the lenses in my computer glasses were very far off my old prescription. That's why I couldn't see clearly. Thank you to WP for being professional and thorough.

Store is clean and organized, tons of great selection. Very easy and quick to purchase and find the right glasses and great staff who take the time without trying to sell more or rush you into a purchase!

I needed new glass and Happened to pass by as this shop was opening for the day. I took my time browsing and had excellent service when needed

I have a new prescription so I went into the store to get the lenses for my Warby Parker glasses replaced. I have been using Warby Parker for a decade now and I remember when Warby Parker used to replace lenses in glasses purchased from them for free. The main reason for the 1-star review here is because Warby Parker does not openly say on their website that they do not replace lenses anymore. The person helping me at the store was also not forthright about it. I clearly asked for a lens replacement and he instead gave me a quote which was the same as the cost of new glasses. When I asked him why, he replied: "In Canada, you cannot get only the lenses replaced. The lenses come with the frame." Needless to say, treating immigrants as if they don't know how things work in Canada is not a good business strategy.

Overall, I can't say enough about how well designed and refined Warby Parker's business model is. Solid selection, easy to navigate processes, no mess, no fuss, excellent customer service.
