Very pleasant staff and decent cheap frames. The quality of their progressive lenses is no where near as good as a premium lens. I tried 3 pair and found the same deficiencies. Couldn’t find the “sweet spot” for reading and the distance wasn’t in focus. They tried to convince me that it was because of the shape of the frame or that the prescription from my optometrist was off. After paying $100 to have their optometrist retest my eyes, I ended up with another pair of unsatisfactory glasses. Because of travel, I was unable to return them within 30 days so I’m stuck with them. An expensive lesson in getting what you pay for. With my new Moscots I can see perfectly!

Dr. K and Michael are the best eye care providers I’ve ever had — I trust no one else and I’m willing to travel far to see them! During my continuous visits, they are always patient-care focused, knowledgeable and the most genuine people you’ll meet. Very accommodating! I feel comfortable in the hands of these dedicated, hard-working people! Highly recommend!!

Outstanding customer service at the Eaton Centre location! Special acknowledgment to Ellen who fearlessly adjusted my frames to fit perfectly. She really knows her stuff! WP has a terrific selection of low bridge fit frames which can be hard to find at other retailers. I love my glasses and sunglasses. Thank you so much!

Awful and unfriendly service. As we walked into the store we were greeted than asked a question. It was hard to hear the sales associate so we just answered to what we thought we heard and in the mirror we saw the sales associate literally roll her eyes and make a snarky, judgemental face. We left promptly after.

Customer service has been excellent both in store and in person. I am pleased and impressed by the level of friendliness and helpfulness by the employees. I like the wide range in sunglasses and fits. You can really cater to your face and features (medium, wide, extra wide, low bridge fit, etc).

Ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago in-store. After waiting two weeks and not receiving them I called in to find out the order was cancelled. Customer service informed me that it was cancelled by an in-store representative and provided me no reason as to why. Had to re-order my sunglasses and am still waiting for delivery. Very disappointing considering my actual in-store experience was so positive.

Dr. Kiruthika Nagendran performed poorly in her role. She rushed through the process and gave me an incorrect prescription. Despite returning for a follow-up, she issued the same incorrect prescription, ignoring my complaints that I couldn’t see properly with it. Astonishingly, I see better with bare eyes than glasses she prescribed! When I went to a different optometrist, they provided a significantly different and correct prescription. Instead of taking responsibility, she blamed my eyes. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere to get your money's worth.

Highly recommend seeing Dr. Kiruthika Nagendran! I've been seeing her for a couple of years now and find that she goes above and beyond to help me with my eye exams, contact purchases, and the contact rebate process.
