I’ve been a Warby Parker customer since the Toronto stores opened in 2016, but this experience has completely ended my trust in the brand. My glasses are only 10 months old and upgraded with transitional lenses and a blue light filter, have developed identical defects on both lenses. The coating began peeling away at the inner corners, leaving cloudy, uneven patches, and stress-like fractures appeared under the coating, radiating from the corners. This is not wear and tear — it’s a clear material or manufacturing failure. Despite Warby Parker’s one-year manufacturer defect warranty, they refused to honor it. After weeks of back-and-forth emails and even a phone call, I received no resolution, no escalation to a supervisor, and was even told I would need to bring my defective glasses to a U.S. location only...despite being a Canadian customer who originally purchased in Toronto. For a company that promotes quality and customer care, this is unacceptable. I will never purchase from Warby Parker again and strongly caution other Canadian customers to think twice before spending money here.

My experience at Warby Parker was extremely pleasant. The staff were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated the variety of options and the personal attention I received. The experience was not overwhelm g because the approach by the staff was non-intrusive. I highly recommend to anyone looking for glasses.

Extremely disappointed with Warby Parker. I placed my order for glasses two weeks ago and heard nothing—until I followed up myself—only to be told the frame I chose wasn’t even in stock. No proactive communication, no apology until I chased them down. For a brand that markets itself as customer-focused, this was a frustrating and avoidable experience.
