Dr. Maggie Man Ki Ho is a state-licensed optometrist who owns and operates her own practice independently from Warby Parker (you can find it in the store). Dr. Man Ki Ho graduated from the Pacific University College of Optometry in 2018. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Man Ki Ho uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Service is good, however the quality of the lenses is really bad. I have three pair of glasses and on all three, the lenses scratch easily and they do not last. I have worn glasses all my life and have never experienced this inferior lens quality.

Great customer service, lots of options to choose from, easy to look up insurance, order placement was a breeze and I was able to enter my prescription after the order placement when I got home.
They removed all the obstacles that would have kept me as just a casual browser. Special shout out to the two individuals that helped me, I cannot remember their names but it was an older taller gentleman that suggested a pair of frames I ended up buying and a young person with dark above shoulder length hair who looked up my insurance and made some helpful suggestions too.

This is my third experience purchasing glasses from Warby Parker but first time going in person since they retired the Try At Home program. I was a little bummed they stopped carrying my frames online and that I couldn’t try new options remotely but going in person was better than expected. The staff were friendly and attentive without feeling salesy. I was able to try on as many different styles and the checkout process was great because they added two different measurements from what my optometrist had included which made me feel much more confident in my frames quality over what I would’ve executed solo at home. Finally they completed a reimbursement claim process for my insurance which felt much easier than having to do so on my own. I’m very glad I went in and will likely do so again for future frames!

Julie is amazing! I so appreciated her help and patience today. I had an eye exam at a clinic where I've been going for years (not Warby Parker) and was told my prescription was the exact same that it's been. I then bought 4 pairs of Warby Parker glasses but my eyesight was blurry with all of them. Julie took the time to help me troubleshoot and discovered that my prescription had been written wrong. Thankfully, Warby Parker will be helping me get my new lens and next time I need an updated prescription I'll be skipping the clinic and going here. Thank you so much!

This is a Buyer Beware review. I wish zero stars were an option, here. I had an eye exam and purchased frames from this location. The glasses arrived with the absolutely incorrect prescription. I was refunded for the frames, but charged for the exam. The exam which yielded the incorrect glasses. I was told the outfit doing the exam would get in touch with me , but they never have.
FYI - the exam is handled by a company which is separate from Warby Parker. Who, apparently are not available to receive phone calls. Super shady.
This will be an ongoing situation, as this is just not good enough for me.
Buyer Beware.
