Comprehensive exams starting at $105
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. Our representstive was able to take one look at my daughters face and help her find the right fit. My daughter was not only able to find a perfect pair of frames, but she was able to find 2, which is quite the accomplishment! It was by far the easiest frame shopping experience that I have ever had.

The store associate that placed my order did not verify my mailing address. Once she completed the order, I asked her what address the order was going to and sure enough it was an old address. She acknowledged that she should have verified my address before placing the order. She took down my current address and assured me she would take care of it. Two days later, I did not see an update through the app, so I called customer service just to double check. The rep that took my call confirmed that the address was still the old one, so they took care of it.

Love shopping at this store I’ll drive out of my way to get my glasses here I have bought four pairs and every time it’s a great customer experience! The manager is so kind in there and has a great group that he works with upbeat kind and really turn it into a experience. I am very picky when picking the perfect glasses because I have to wear them every day I didn’t feel rushed at all I got to shop as long as I want I probably tried on 20 pairs and my sales person was just kind and patient and gave me opinions didn’t rush the process and made it a great experience I really feel I picked the perfect pair of glasses that are going to elevate my look and everyday comfort!! I returned to Warby Parker in Washington Square Mall, Tigard OR today for my second time to purchase prescription glasses. I arrived close to closing time and the kind woman working the front told me not to be concerned about the closing, that they would assist me. What business does that? The two women on the floor were extremely friendly and helpful with me and with my decision of what pair of frames to choose. So many choices and their prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend this chain. It was also nice to hear from the employees that they really like working for the company! It states a lot about the business.

The location in Washington Square is top notch. Brightly lit with all frames displayed beautifully. The team is wonderful! Greeted and helped in a timely and efficient manner. The eye exam was pee we effect. The doctor was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me solve for my eye issues. Once my eye exam was complete the other team helped me pick out my new pair and set the lens correctly. Can't recommend this location enough! Easy, beautiful, knowledgeable and a big variety of both glasses and sunglasses.
