I love Suburban square store. Great doctor!

I had the best eye exam in my life. Dr Lim explained everything & was the most pleasant person, the whole staff was pleasant. The only issue I had was, it's an hour away from where I live. Good thing I only have to go once a year. Guess I'll be seeing you next year.

I have been ordering glasses online from Warby Parker for several years, but I have never been into a brick and mortar store until today. My four year-old daughter was prescribed glasses and I was a little anxious about bringing her to a mostly adult glasses store in an upscale shopping center, but we couldn’t have been more thrilled with our experience. The saleswoman who helped us was phenomenal. She was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful, and she made my daughter’s experience so wonderful. I will definitely be back.

Dr Thomas is awesome. He was very patient with my prescription as it's not easy. I have very bad eyes. I appreciate everything he did to make sure I was comfortable with the contact lens and glasses. Best eye doctor around. I would recommend him to everyone I know. The associates in the store are super friendly as well.

The people were nice don’t get me wrong. However, it was my first time trying a new eye doctor that wasn’t vision works so I was skeptical. The eye doctor, male, said I had unique vision and that I was neither near sided nor far sighted. I was shocked by that since I had been told something else my entire life. I got a cute pair of glasses etc and as soon as I began wearing them I started getting headaches. For a solid three months my head would hurt almost every day without fail. In the beginning we did not know what was wrong I saw my local doctor, got blood work, changed my diet, changed my sleeping habits, yet nothing helped. I then got an appointment for another eye doctor place over in havertown and I was told something completely different from what I was told at warby Parker. I was told the prescription given to me was too strong and not right and given a new prescription. As soon as I started wearing my new glasses the headaches stopped completely and now I just get the occasional headache. I don’t know if it was just a mess up or what but those headaches hurt so bad and I do not trust warby Parker with my eye care.

Has all the options to try on and staff was very friendly. Little understaffed when we visited on a Sunday afternoon but we were able to purchase new lenses very easily and relatively quickly.

Great experience after I had a recent horrible experience with LensCrafters. This is coming from someone who has always used LensCrafters! I had originally scheduled an eye exam though I've had a recent prescription. My appointment was canceled and asked to reschedule since I arrived late by a few minutes (appointments are canceled if you are late by more than 5 minutes). When I came back later, ended up not needing that eye exam. This was the only sour point about the experience.
