Dr. Jeff Lynn
Introduction
Dr. Jeff Lynn is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in 2010. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Lynn uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.
Dr. Tom Ravas
Introduction
Dr. Tom Ravas graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2016. In his downtime, Dr. Ravas enjoys collecting wrist watches, dancing in a Greek dance group, and trying new restaurants in the city.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I had an exchange and waited 45 minutes to be seen because only a supervisor can handle exchanges or returns- or at least that’s what I was told. It was frustrating because plenty of people walked in after me and were helped right away so maybe they should allow for more employees to be trained in returns/exchanges. Other than that, it is a typical WP store: well organized and neat. Suburban Square is a very nice outdoor shopping area with upscale stores and restaurants so it is pleasant place to be. Park in the Trader Joe’s parking lot or in the indoor garage across the street. Parking is tough in this area.

My first experience in a US opticians fell a bit flat. I have always been to opticians in the UK where eye tests are more thorough and are either free or cost a small amount which can be applied to the purchase of glasses. The eye doctor was fine - he gave good explanations but I did get the feeling that I was inconveniencing him by having an eye exam.
However the real reasons for docking 2 stars was the shop floor experience. While I was browsing glasses (and I was the only customer in store), the shop assistants were talking loudly across the shop floor about how sweaty they were. The condition and selection of glasses was also very poor; they all seemed to be a combination of either very smudged or wonky, and the build quality of the glasses very cheap. I can’t see myself returning any time soon!

I ran late to my appointment because I got lost and they were very gracious about finding a way to fit me in. The on-site optometrist was also very professional and patient. Moreover, all of the staff members were helpful and polite. Overall, it was a good shopping experience and I am looking forward to getting my new glasses!

We received excellent service today! WP provided a very thorough eye exam and new prescription. Our doctor provided a detailed explanation of his findings. That was followed by Chris, optometrist extraordinaire! He was very patient and provided excellent advice regarding the right frame for a progressive Rx. Very happy with the choice. WP is a first class operation.

Everyone at this location was absolutely amazing. The doctor took time to explain everything to my teenager and the technician was so patient and supportive helping him learn to put in contact lenses. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an appointment.

I had the most amazing experience with a young lady named Natalie. I was in and out of there within a half an hour, she knew which pairs looked good on me right away. It was fantastic.I had such a wonderful experience and Natalie you are an amazing salesperson!!!
