Dr. Cathy Moon
Introduction
Dr. Cathy Moon graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico (IAUPR) in 2018. As a Pennsylvania native (fun fact: she graduated from North Penn High School), she is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, Dr. Moon enjoys reading, hiking, cycling, and walking her dog.

Introduction
Dr. Mitchell Wilkinson is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the SUNY College of Optometry in 2007. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Wilkinson uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Great experience with Adam. He's super friendly, helpful, and patient when helping to pick out frames, making the experience feel personalized. He let me roam their collection independently but was always available to answer questions when needed. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or rushed to decide.
Checkout process was a breeze since I had my lens prescription ready in-hand. The store is very clean and well-organized. Great they have tap-to-pay. Wish the brand carried more frames with the low nose bridge fit but they seemed to have all the models in stock so customers can try in person.
Can't wait for my new pair of glasses to arrive. I'll definitely come back when I'm ready to buy glasses again.

No. Placed order at this shop Mar 2. Heard nothing g for two weeks. Called WP. You can never phone the store—you will always deal with a remote service rep on the phone. Rep said she would look into it. Received email on Mar 16 thanking me for my “new” order. Called back. New rep said the original order went to lab but “no work was done.” No explanation, no apology. Incredible. I needed the glasses for a trip and I won’t have them. WP says they are issuing a full refund; we will see. Clowns and fools. Do not patronize WP. They are useless

Visited this store twice within 7 days. I came here first just to decide which frames I wanted to order online for the home try-on because I picked out 8 online and you can only order 5 for the try-on.
But the experience in store was so good that I ended up coming back a week later (I was still waiting for my prescription from my doctor overseas) to order my new frames.
Every single person working here was extremely friendly, helpful and patient. Can only recommend!

I'd bought a pair of glasses over a year ago to be back-up to my contact lens. I used the mail order to test a few frames. Love the glasses but needed them adjusted. Also needed to get prescription sunglasses. Went in and worked with Adam who was FABULOUS! Friendly, sweet and knew everything! Helped me pick out new sunglasses and then introduced me to the optician who magically adjusted my prescriptions glasses to perfection. Love Warby Parker!

This afternoon, I went into Warby Parker in King of Prussia with a pair of eyeglasses that broke when I tripped and fell. The eyeglasses were not their brand, but all 3 employees generously offered to try and help me. One of the girls took my glasses and did exactly what I needed. I tried to leave her $20.00 because even though it took her only seconds, it saved me two trips back and forth to the mall. She would not take any money for helping me. What a refreshing group of young people. You've got some great "kids" there! We will definitely go back to Warby Parker in the future!

Always a pleasure and wonderful experience at Warby Parker in KoP. Amazing friendly staff, great eye exams, and wonderful selection. Worth battling mall foot traffic for the shopping experience. In a world of online convenience (especially with WP), nothing compares to getting staff recommendations and assistance.
Adam helped me at my most recent visit, and his recommendations were spot on. He was so engaging, helpful and fun to converse with throughout the experience. Cant wait for my new glasses to arrive - and turn some heads with my new specs.
