Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Another great experience at a Warby Parker store. Vicki came right over and explained the difference between single vision lenses and progressives. Declan was patient, encouraging and helpful as I tried on a lot frames - there are SO many to choose from! I've purchased glasses at Warby Parker since 2017 and it's always a positive experience. I can't wait for my glasses to arrive!

Best glasses, best customer service. If they dont accept your insurance they can write up a out of network claim in the store ro get your reimbursements for your glasses!

Stellar service all around! Their optometrist gave time & expertise to helping me understand anti-fatigue lenses, the strength, as well as style options. Dr. Aaron Olstein was INCREDIBLE. He's normally from the KOP location and my husband and I both agreed we'd be willing to drive the hour to work with him again. Everyone there was super nice and accommodating but we were blown away by this doctor. He was kind, funny, and genuinely cared. He was also extremely informative and fantastic at explaining things. 100/10, fantastic experience.

Dr. asked many questions about the problems I was having with my eyes! Performed exam with experience and knowledge. Sales person asked many questions about kind of glasses I was looking for and what they would be used for, how much reading I did, how much driving, ect ! I would highly recommend going here to have eyes examined, and buying glasses from the large choice they have, at good price. They also will work with your insurance!

Absolutely fantastic! Optometrist and Staff are friendly, helpful and have a great attitude, very relaxing environment. I did not feel pressured to make a decision on frames, I was able to walk around as long as I needed. Definitely am making WP my permanent place to go for eye exam and glasses/sunglasses needs. Highly recommend!
