If you read my reviews on google, you know I’m a reasonable man. Their 365 day guarantee is bullshit. I bought sunglasses right before Christmas 2023. Within 4 months on of the lenses fell out of my $200 pair. I brought them back in to get the lens replaced. They told me that the style was discontinued, so basically tough shit. The young lady there was incredibly rude. Ironic considering how accommodating they were when my fiancée and were shopping AND being duped by their “365 day guarantee”. I’ll never go back there and I discourage all my friends from doing so as well. You can find better quality and service on Amazon and Poshmark. Your ophthalmologist can fit corrective lenses into your glasses.

After working with Warby Parker for years, I had a pretty bad experience today. The advisor that helped me had a great personality, however, they didn’t go over any exam fees and charged me for a retinal scan when it was performed nearly 6 months ago. Why would I do that? I didn’t want it performed and mentioned something about it during the exam process. Near the end, they couldn’t take it off because the service was already performed. Yeah! Twice! I was there to renew my contact lens exam. Customer support couldn’t help me whatsoever. The doctor is amazing - she’s very pleasant to work with; sadly, I’m going to miss her as I will never visit Warby Parker again. Terrible experience! I would steer clear.

This store was awesome! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and in no way pushy. They told us the layout of the store, left us to try glasses on, and then helped us narrow down our choices. Measurements and checkout was painless. I would definitely recommend!

I’ve worn Warby Parker glasses for a long time, back since the days of their original home try-on business model. The variety of styles and sizes has increased but the prices have remained reasonable. I was excited to see the mall location open a few years ago, because it is easier to try on frames and get advice from the staff, who are very friendly and knowledgeable. The decor of the space has a lovely retro look which makes you feel a little like you’re in a Wes Anderson movie, which also adds to the appeal. On my most recent visit I stopped in for a pre-scheduled eye exam. I was feeling a little lightheaded for some reason and they offered me a seat and a glass of water while I waited for my appointment. It helped and I felt better quickly. My actual eye exam was great- low pressure, well paced in an environment that felt comfortable. I want to specifically shout out Dr. Frye, who conducted my exam. She has maybe the best “bedside manner” of any medical professional I’ve ever worked with. She answered every question I had about my vision and eye health and gave me great advice for specific questions I had about the way I use my eyes for my work, hobbies and interests. You can tell she cares about her work and is excited about her area of expertise. I would highly recommend this location not only for the end product but for the wonderful experience I had with all the people who worked there.

I got fitted for eyeglasses and sunglasses and the employees were super knowledgeable and helpful! I’ll definitely be coming back when I need a new pair.

Too many superfluous employees. Can’t get an eye exam. Scheduled x 2. That justifies their job.

I think the design of the store and the amount of designs there are and how accessible they are to try them on, big mirrors and good lighting, plenty of space for all customers, and good customer service is what makes Warby Parker a great option to shop for glasses. AND THE PRICE!

Excellent customer service, great frames, will go back again!

All positive except the displays could have been laid out in a way that was easier to pick from.

I was Assisted promptly. The selection was excellent. The styles were current. The entire experience, picking two pairs of glasses and completing the order was very rapid. The prices are dramatically better than my previous eyeglass buying experiences.

Excellent exam

There were so many beautiful frames to choose from, I hard a hard time narrowing down my selection. I'd go back for future frames as the store associates were very warm and friendly.

This is where I have my annual eye exam. It's a great experience, the doctor is fantastic, and the store team is always kind and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses.

The Doctor was very experienced and caring. The result was good comfortable vision. The store staff seemed inexperienced. I expected much more from the staff. Expect to pay double of what other vision stores charge.

Everyone was very helpful. They tighten my old glasses even though they weren’t from them. They found wonderful clip on to my liking for the glasses I chose and took all my measurements so that the glasses I ordered were perfect.

Made an appointment for Saturday at 10 am which is right when they open so I waited for them to open the door and went in, trying not to rush them or anything but also didn’t want to be late. When I got in there the person at the front desk was pretty short with me. I said I was there for a 10 am appt and she just said ‘the doctor just let us know she isn’t feeling well, can I get you rescheduled?’ Really not apologetic at all and pretty flippant about the fact that I drove out there and wasted part of my day just to be cancelled on at the exact time of my appointment. Of course I don’t want to be rescheduled because I don’t want to drive down and deal with the McKnight road traffic just to be cancelled on again. The people at the desk seemed annoyed I was even there when they opened which is funny considering they accept appointments at the time of opening so it’s not really my fault they were annoyed? I’m pregnant, need new glasses as my prescription is changing with pregnancy and was treated as if I’m annoying them because I showed up on time to an appointment that they then cancelled?

Very bright store and obliging staff. Maddie, my optician was very thoughtful in helping me decide on glasses. I couldn't decide and she made the right call!

Was a fast easy process.....I felt at home and appreciate the care taken during the exam
