Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Got new glasses and prescription sun glasses from here after my previous frames broke. I had them for roughly 3 years before I had to get new ones. Really good quality and the staff there is amazing! They’re really helpful and I will continue to go to them every time I need new glasses

Up until today I loved warby parker. I loved the easy of trying on glasses and picked out a pair I never thought I would like. I even bought my first pair prescription sunglasses. (Which ended up super warped possibly from sitting in the car)
About a week ago while simply cleaning my normal lenses as usual the frame cracked. Not completely but there was a line. Last night while taking my glasses off for the night they completely cracked and the lens fell out.
I reached out and annoying rhe only customer service is like a 1-800 type number. Even trying to call the store you get 10 prompts before reaching the generic customer service.
Now the part that completely ruined the experience of this brand was the fact that they have NO repair or technician services to fix any problems with glasses. They offered no services and the only option is to order new frames. The way its broken I cant super glue the lens where the lens will be properly seated.
So I guess they expect client to just go blind until new lenses come in which is absolutely ridiculous.
I work with infants and children and need to be able to see whats going on and now cant see. As well as take public transportation so I guess ill rely on my 4 year old to tell me the bus is coming.
I get new glasses ASAP and wont be getting from warby parker

I’ve gotten 2 pairs of glasses from here, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! The help and knowledge I’ve received while trying to find the best glasses for me has been remarkable. I ended up telling my significant other to go here, and he has also gotten glasses that he now loves! They’re great here!

Was optimistic with this brand, had very nice looking frames at a good price. I went with the Canning style frame. This frame broke 3+ times on me with normal wear and tear and scratched like crazyyyyy. They eventually snapped clean in half at the nose bridge while taking them off! Employees here are not quick to help and are condescending when asked to do their job. Really unfortunate. Will not be ordering or recommending.

I came into the store today at Warby Parker and have never been treated by an employee as rudely as I was today. I inquired about an eye glass repair and the man (bald with shaggy beard) instantly dismissed me. He was sitting down on his phone when I walked in. There was not one customer in the store. I am going to submit my complaint through the email for reviews. I’ll be able to explain my situation even further. I will say I will never be back at this Warby Parker ever again.

If I could give 0 stars that would be more accurate for their customer service. They sent a text message today saying glasses were ready and they'd be open until 7. If you look on Google says the same thing....absolutely nothing about holiday hours. So my husband and I drove an hour in holiday traffic to pick up our 4 pairs(already paid for), only to walk in and be told they're closed. We were shocked, if they're closed why was the door open. The lady said didn't you read the sign on the door. Uh no I got your text, drove on the most inconvenient day of the year and walked right into the building missing her mentioned sign. We asked if we could just have our glasses, that they didn't even need to fit them for us. She refused and said to come back on Friday. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Wow this was grate the friendly and helpful staff easy to find in the mall helpful Eye Exame doctor that answer all my questions got 2 pair of glasses 1 pair with bilt in sunglasses I cant wait to try even got a piture of my eyes there is a lot of glasses to pick from thank you for a nice experience (got a lot of reminders on my phone that was nice)

I see alot of positive reviews. Unfortunately when I stopped in and asked if they had a certain style and color of frames, it felt dismissive. Just kind of a hmmm, so I looked at the display walls, while the employee just walked away into a back room. Another person was there as well and ignored me, not sure if they were also an employee.

I relocated to Pittsburgh and used Warby Parker in the South Hills since I do not have an optometrist and was extremely pleased and will continue to visit this office for my annual check ups. Friendly staff, doctor was professional but easy to talk to and explained everything. Good selection of frames and measuring took minutes and they will ship to my home so I don't have to travel back. I will be using Warby Parker moving forward.
