Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)

Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

This location was great, from the great customer service to the professionalism I will definitely be recommending my family and friends to go here. Specifically, Bria was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on hand and provided plenty of expertise to all the questions that I asked. Unasked for Opinions and Requests met with Attitude. Go to the KOP location, they're much friendlier!! And will say hi when you walk in.
When I walked into this location, I was not greeted or acknowledged. After waiting a few minutes, I approached the desk to ask for a simple glasses adjustment on a new pair. I’ve worn glasses my whole life and always need the arms adjusted, something I knew WP offers for free.
The associate immediately had an attitude, scoffed at my request, and insisted the adjustment would “hurt me,” despite me explaining that this is standard for me and showing how the arms extended well past my ear. I was told they “looked perfectly fitted” and that she’d do it anyway but that it would hurt. I felt dismissed, gaslit, and treated like an inconvenience for asking for basic customer service.
I ultimately took my frames and left. I then went to LensCrafters, where the staff were happy to help and adjusted my WP frames in under five minutes, no pain at all. This location seriously lacks customer service. Being polite and welcoming is free.

Was great to visit this new location. Have shopped Warby Parker in Ardmore, King of Prussia and Horsham. They have all been very helpful.
