EDIT: In response to the owner's comment below, I have already completed 2 surveys sent to my email after my visits. The ball has been in your court. I brought my eye prescription from my optometrist to purchase glasses at the providence location. After selecting the frame I asked if they needed to measure my face and they said no. I asked if they were sure and I was told they had my measurements "on file" (I purchased glasses 3 yrs ago). My glasses arrived the following week and I struggled to see clearly out of them. I was disoriented and went to my eye dr. After examining the new glasses from warby parker they determined that the lenses in them were not made for my prescription. I returned to warby parker at the Cranston location and an older gentleman checked my new glasses and confirmed that they were made incorrectly. He also noted that the focal point was not in alignment with my pupils because the providence location didn't measure me. I asked him to remake the glasses and he refused. The man at warby parker told me that although the glasses were not made to my prescription, nor aligned to my eyes, my prescription from my Dr is actually what's wrong. He told me to go back to my Dr and get my prescription fixed. I returned to my Dr and my prescription is correct. My Dr is now ordering custom lenses to be made to fit the frame from warby parker since warby parker has refused to fix their mistake. This is bad customer service and practically malpractice to send me back into the world with glasses that you acknowledge are inaccurate. Out of curiosity I looked at the reviews on their website and multiple people have left 1 star reviews that they have received glasses with incorrect prescriptions. Save your money and go elsewhere

Had the best experience great people good product

I got my glasses from them a couple months ago and I have never been happier! I’ve been near-sighted blind for so long and when I got these glasses, I got to see perfectly clear for the first time in so many years. They have amazing customer service and support, I highly recommend them. They recommended me some frames and colors to choose from and I really love what I chose. I’m so grateful that I got to see again! Thank you Warby Parker!

Went in to get my glasses adjusted, possibly one of the most smoothest, quickest appointments I’ve had. Staff greeted me the moment I walked in and was able to help set up an appointment for me right away. Will definitely be back soon, also appreciate how affordable the glasses here are.

Cant say that I find what I need every time. But do find it most times. Store is beautiful.

I had such a great experience at Warby Parkers today. I was immediately greeted and able to browse through the shop for peacefully!!! Natalia helped me find the glasses I wanted. With the affordable prices, I ended up getting two pairs. Natalia was so so so helpful! I love Warby Parker! They have a great selection of on trend and classic styles, all excellent quality. I usually buy online, but stopped by the Thayer Street location today. Natalia was a great help! I love having the option to purchase online or in store. Can’t wait for my new glasses to arrive!
