Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

A friend of mine who is a mom of two and had to bring her 2 year old with her to her appt and was 4 min late to her appt time, while they watched her struggle outside to pick up a bunch of things the child had dropped, was turned away for missing the “5 min grace period.” I’ve worked in busy primary care settings and a 5 min grace period, for a struggling mom on Mother’s Day weekend, is unheard of. Even real physicians in busy settings have 13-18 min grace periods. Do better!

Great services. Glasses are 95 w/ 128 for exam if you dont have insurance. Very friendly and respectful. Tells you everything you need to know about the services done for you. Will go back again.

I needed to have my prescription checked and possibly updated, and was able to get an appointment the same week I checked to book the appointment, which already was a big win.
The store staff were very helpful with me in picking out frames, and explained the measurements to me, as I had misunderstood what the numbers meant. They also picked out some frames while I was with the doctor, which was a nice touch, and while I didn't like the styles, they were eager to help me find something more my style, and were receptive to my feedback. They even adjusted a trial set of frames for me to see if that would work, which it did, and I selected those frames.
I am completely satisfied with the professionalism of all the staff at this location and I will definitely both recommend and return to this location for my eyeglass needs.

Great styles to choose from at very reasonable prices. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and made my buying experience easy. She answered all my questions and did not try and force the sale which I appreciated. I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of prescription glasses at a great price due to the discounts offered. Had a great experience! The store was clean, had many frame options to try and the checkout process was easy.
