Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I am very impressed with Warby Parker. I have visited two locations, Franklin and Green Hills, and the service has been beyond anything I have experienced at any other eyeglass store of this kind. The vibe feels more upscale and boutique than what you would typically expect, without being intimidating or pretentious.
Justin in Franklin is an absolute rock star. His suggestions, product knowledge, and attention to detail went far beyond expectations and made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. I also had the pleasure of working with Nurra, a Customer Care Manager, who could not have been more accommodating, professional, or patient throughout the entire process.
The experience was so positive that I ended up purchasing three pairs, which is something I never expected to do. I am genuinely impressed not just with the people, but with how this company is run overall. From the in-store experience to customer care, everything feels thoughtful, polished, and truly customer-focused. I am really impressed.

We are looking to buy prescription sunglasses for my husband and came in tonight to look at them before our dinner reservation next door. The staff was so cold and unwelcoming, not offering any help or service and eventually kicked us out at closing, locking the doors as soon as we’d stepped out.
Will certainly be taking our business elsewhere.

I’ve been a Warby Parker customer for 12 years. I went to this location to have a new pair of glasses I had just received adjusted for fit. I got the most low effort adjustment I’ve ever experienced in 40 years of wearing glasses. The optician acted as if he couldn’t be bothered with doing a good job. What’s the point if the glasses don’t fit. I won’t waste my time going back to this location. My experiences at Edgehill were way better.

Great experience at Warby Parker! I went in with my son to get him a pair of glasses (we already had his prescription), and I ended up deciding to get a pair of glasses as well. They even allowed me to pick them out, put in the order, and send in the prescription the following week once I received it from my doctor. It only took us 30 minutes from the second we walked in to the time we walked out with the two frames, and most of that time was us picking out frames (because there were so many cute ones to choose from). Great Price, GREAT customer service, and great experience! We will be back (especially if my youngest keeps breaking them, lol).

Bummed that the customer service here doesn't compare to the Edgehill location. Waiting to be acknowledged by someone to ask a question, given a short answer, offered no help, no engagement while I browsed and tried things on. As a long-time customer I'm used to having some help with finding similar styles, new releases, and additional color options but no suck luck today. Looks like I'll order online!

Spent over 1 1/2 hours picking out glasses and then dealing w a clueless optician. She started helping my husband w his glasses but had issues, another optician took over. Long story short, he got his glasses but mine were never ordered. Did not realize that I had to follow up to assure Warby Parker did what they were supposed to. Tried to call store and got India and they couldn’t connect me to store or to anyone.
Worst part is due to their ineptness, I lost flexible spending money. Save yourself time….go elsewhere!! Was loyal Warby Parker customer for years….no more
Update:
My husband was not happy to have lost our flex spending so went to the store since no one ever contacted us. He spoke with Mars, who is supervisor at that stores. He looked up and the order was never submitted. Said that they would make it right. Went in and while I had to pick out new glasses as could not remember both pairs, thy were very nice and did make it right.
