Comprehensive exams starting at $115
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Wanted to talk to someone locally and despite having a 615 phone number posted on website, customers are routed to offshore shared services with no ability to engage with local team unless you walk into the store. I'll go somewhere else.

Loved that there was a physical store. I know Warby Parker ships you frames for free, but it was very nice to go into a physical store and try them on. The workers were super friendly and willing to help if needed. Checkout and ordering process was also super easy!! I love having the option of getting and out in under 30 minutes!!

The team at Warby Parker is so consistently great, even across state lines! Sanaa literally brought my fave Warby glasses back to life after accidentally having them be a casualty to the bottom of my foot (writers words for “I stepped on my glasses”). UPDATE: FOLLOWED UP WITH WARBY as they requested below after reading my review, and no response. Crickets! Not a surprise I suppose.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I have bought several pairs of glasses from Warby Parker and usually have good customer service but this was not the case at this location. I am new to the area and went here to purchase new glasses and also get lenses replaced. The employee who I dealt with was downright rude. He looked up my account and whenever I asked a question he seemed annoyed. After just a couple of minutes he said that he did not even know what he was talking about and closed his iPad and basically walked away. What?! I was amazed, as was my family who was with me. Rather than making a scene in a relatively small space, I decided to continue to look at frames. At no point did he or any other employee approach me to see if they could help me. I finally had to reach out to another employee who was more helpful. However, the entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth so I decided not to purchase my glasses there. I went to Costco (less than 10 minutes away) and the customer service there blew this Warby location out of the water. The prices were much more reasonable too. I guess it pays to shop around when looking for new glasses. Very disappointing experience and Warby lost me and my husband as customers.

Great experience! The store was busy on a Saturday afternoon, but we were greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had an appointment for an eye exam, and the selection of frames is quite large and well priced. I purchased several different frames for my different needs. I will be a returning customer.
