During my first visit today, I encountered difficulties as the staff was unwilling or unable to verify through their system whether my insurance provider was in-network, leading to concerns about coverage. Feeling unwelcome, I returned with my eye prescription and was required to present screenshots confirming my vision insurance coverage and network participation, further verified by customer service agents from both companies. Despite having comprehensive UH PPO coverage, I was unable to fully utilize my benefits and paid $50 for blue light add-ons, opting for the cheapest frames due to being rushed through the process, which contradicted my insurance's stated $16 copayment for blue light add ons Following extensive phone calls with customer service, I completed the transaction, largely due to a friend's recommendation, but the experience was disappointing and excessively time-consuming.

My first experience with Warby Parker has not been good. Paid for expedited shipping got an email saying delay and they will let me know when they are on the way. I guess you need a lot of patience according to their chat bot and email 😂.

They were very helpful at having me look at all the options available! I wanted to only see glasses with clip on sunglasses and they were able to show me a lot of different options (frames, color, etc.). We have a 5-month old puppy and learned that they allow dogs in store so we took her there to train while I ordered glasses. They went above and beyond by assisting me with getting water for my puppy as well. The staff member that helped me answered a lot of questions for me. Once I decided on what I wanted, the checkout process was fast!

Zack is truly one in a million. I've been wearing glasses for almost 20 years, and have been to several optometrists in the U.S. and Spain. This year my new prescription from my usual optometrist made me really dizzy and sick, and no one could figure out why. I decided to try Warby Parker and visited several stores in CO, UT and TX before I met Zack. He was the first (and only!) person who understood what I was experiencing. After trying to get my glasses made at home in CO, I ended up driving back to TX to work with Zack. All of the other stores that I had visited tried to tell me that I just needed to "wear my glasses longer" or go back to my old prescription. Zack knew exactly what was causing the issue, and thanks to him I have new glasses that don't make me dizzy. He is the best optometrist that I have ever worked with, and I have been to many! James was also a great help during my second visit. Whenever I need new glasses, I know where to go. Thank you Zack and James!

This location has super fast service, even when they are busy. Everyone I dealt with in the store were professional and pleasant to work with.

First time at any warby Parker location. Customer service could have definitely been better. Was not expecting to have to wait 10 days and get my glasses through the mail way over priced. Peripheral vision with these glasses are terrible. Spent $260 for one pair of glasses that I am not at all happy with. When I could have gone to eyemart Express spent the same amount and got two pair or less I'll be going back to eyemart Express

Zack was so kind to me today and offered helpful advice for purchasing a new pair of sunglasses. I had lost my sunglasses tubing on the 4th of July and he gave me a $10 discount on my new pair! Thanks so much, Zack!

This was the easiest glasses purchase I have ever made. The employee helped me immediately as I walked in the door. She was friendly and approachable. And I found the exact pair of glasses I wanted that I had already been looking at online. 💓

I went in to Warby Parker at the Austin Domain to have my glasses adjusted. James met me at the door and was very kind…and helpful. It didn’t matter if I was buying new glasses .. or just adjusting my older set. Kudos to this gentleman….. great job !👏👏👏

Last week I took a pair of mangled prescription glasses in for repair after my Goldendoodle puppy decided to try them on for size. (Needless to say, neither of us could wear them when it was all said and done.) But James came to the rescue, and I walked out with glasses that were as good as new!

Brenda was super helpful and kind! We visited to swap out prescriptions on some of our glasses and she was able to help us out. Great selection of glasses; clean large store. A bit warm considering we were one of only a few customers. I worry it would be toasty on a Saturday full of people. Very limited free street parking. Park for free in the purple garage and walk over (very short manageable walk).

The staff members here are so friendly and welcoming. Nice selection of glasses!
