The customer service was wonderful and the selection was amazing. This was my son‘s first pair of glasses and they were patient with him and very kind to him. It’s nice to be able to find a place that has frames sorted by width.

There's Sommelier, then there's Warby Parker! Optometrist and art combined. My experience at Any Warby Parker location has been beautiful. My glasses broke after having them for 5 years (from Warby Parker), went into the store and Spencer, the Store Manager, walked me through styles, color, design, shapes, and helped me stay within my ideal look. Then I learned more about his philosophy in how he seeks to impact his team, customers, and the community. It was great hearing about the types events Warby Parker does and how they give back. Zack also, was very helpful, this guy has a face of a model from either Brazil, Venezuela, or Spain! As an artist you just see things differently, and that's what my experience is like shopping at Warby Parker. Their charity and philanthropy work is also super meaningful too. Customer for life! Lastly the price was great $145.00 out the door!

I enjoyed working with Cliff who was an expert in helping me find progressives and prescription sunglasses. I needed help understand the science behind refraction of light on the sun glasses inside and out of the lenses. I think I will enjoy wearing both pairs I bought today. Thank you WP and Cliff!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst business ever. They have taken an order for a significant amount promising delivery within 10 days. Imagine how much we got in 40 (forty) days? Nothing. They have no idea how the things work. They have no professionalism. Just LQ and LP people on the phone. Do not do your business with them.

Convenient to get to. Parking across the street at Purple Parking Garage. Greeted upon arrival by Zack with a smile. Found the Sunglasses I had chosen on line. Out the door with Sunglasses on order in under 15 minutes for a price that didn't break the bank.
