Comprehensive exams starting at $85
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I've been wearing Warby Parker for a few years, great value for the price. Today I stopped by to browse for new glasses and they suggested to adjust the frame of my old ones. After they did their magic, my old glasses feel like new. No need to shop for new ones for now. Great customer service!

Love this company. Great choices, personalized service. When they work with you, they are not distracted by other people and give you their full attention. I love that I can have the glasses mailed to me so I don’t have to make a second trip to the store. I also appreciate being able to shop online with them.
When shopping online if you have any questions, they have quick responses and you talk to an actual person.

I had a great experience at Warby Parker. They had a much greater selection of narrow and small frames than I’ve seen anywhere else and lots of fun colors in all shapes and sizes. The pricing can’t be beat, even with it being out of network for my insurance. The staff was incredibly helpful and worked to get me the best deal, while remaining low-pressure. The website virtual try-on is a nice feature to see what works with your face, but I always need to try on in-person to really know if I’ll like them (and I’m glad I did!) There are great perks like lifetime free adjustments, donating a pair when you buy a pair, 30 day no questions asked return policy, and a 6 month no-scratch warranty on all lenses for no extra charge. They can also fix pretty much any kind of damage to the frames for much cheaper than buying a new pair. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

Went to the store in the Domain because we were in the area and it was the only place I found covered by our insurance. The staff didn’t push at all like in other places that sell glasses. Zack took his time with us and got my wife and me exactly what we wanted.
I went in thinking I would just update lenses in existing frames. They don’t do that with brands they don’t sell. My price was as good or better though, even with new frames. Albeit, I have good insurance.

I went to the Domain Warby Parker tonight. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked what I was looking for right away. They pointed out the frames I was looking for and let me browse at my leisure, no big sales pitch which I really like. The woman helping me was busy with another customer so another sales person swooped right in to finish my transaction. He helped with questions on fit and even went in the back to find a medium of the frames I was looking at. He wasn’t afraid to tell me which looked better and fit my face better which I appreciated. In all it took about twenty minutes to complete my order. And I know when I get my fifth pair of glasses at home I can come in and have them adjusted to what I like. And if they aren’t perfect they will do everything to make them right within 30 days! I will always buy my glasses at Warby Parker!

Staff is not helpful nor willing to explain or walk through the process. I’ve shopped at online competitors and thought to give the physical location a try. I was pointed to the display and left to my own devices. Meanwhile staff nearby could be heard introducing other potential new clients to the brand going over all the features etc.. for that level of service I’m better off shopping online

Today I visited, for a second time, your Domain Austin location. As per usual, Tanya was AMAZING! Tanya is so knowledgeable, customer friendly, kind, patient, and helpful ! I love the Warby Parker frames and price point, however I appreciate the positive, open, knowledgeable, and customer focused staff, like Tanya and Victoria, even more, that is why I came back today to buy 3 more pairs of glasses for reading, intermediate and distance.
