10/13 around 12:30pm: I wanted to get a new pair of glasses, the woman at the door was very rude from the moment I entered the store. My current glasses are from Warby Parker which I bought from the same store and I asked if there were frames similar to it. She scornfully said they were not Warby Parker and I had to show her the label to prove it. Even after that she was just very reluctant to show any frames or help with any alternatives. As I was looking at the frames some of the other staff tried to come by to help and she would interrupt them and wouldn’t let them help me. The whole thing was very distasteful.

Very nice and clean.got my eye exam there and she was thorough and they were very helpful and kind.

Great experience. Fast, efficient, friendly. The eye exam was possibly the most mechanized experience I've ever had - sounded like a Tim Burton movie, but was thorough and well done.

My visit here was amazing! I was immediately greeted at the door by the staff. After looking for a while and needing some advice, one of the staff, Sam, went to work! She gave me thoughtful advice, talked me through what looked good for my face shape and then easily handled the billing/insurance. She was a GEM and I’ll be coming back soon for some prescription sunglasses as well! Keep her around Warby!

Honestly I was shocked by the attitude and lack of manners of the optician, Sam. From the moment I walked in she met us with rolling eyes and loud heavy sighs. I brought a few glasses with me that needed to be adjusted and there was only one couple in the store who was speaking with the advisor. I spoke with my sister in our native language about our plans for the day and she immediately hissed that if I had something to say about the glasses. It was very appalling behavior.

I walked into the S Congrss location today with my totally mangled pair of brand new glasses that had been stepped on in the dirt and they totally fixed them!!! Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he is totally my hero today. All of my experiences here getting 2 pairs of glasses and getting replacements when they got scratched in the first six months have been great. This team makes it an enjoyable experience and takes the stress out of buying glasses. Thank you!

Sam was PHENOMENAL. So so sweet, super helpful. It always takes a few times to get my sunnies adjusted, and she didn’t make me feel rushed at all, very patient. Could not have asked for a better experience :)

Staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I legit felt like I was inconvenience since the moment I stepped inside the store. I wanted to purchase new frames and have the glasses I just received in the mail adjusted. Having my glasses adjusted seemed like the most gruesome task this person had ever performed. I decided to just say they fit better, even though they didn’t, since I was over her attitude and scowl when I first told her they still weren’t tight enough and felt really crooked. I have been a customer for 10 + years and have spent thousands on glasses and lenses from Warby - I truly could not believe how awful this experience was. I have been to at least 6 other locations and everyone is always so amazing & helpful. This experience made me want to stop shopping Warby all together. Luckily there is another location in town which I’ll be trying tomorrow, because I STILL need my glasses adjusted.

I went in to get some new frames and to try some on while on my day off and was greeted by Nadia, who was very kind. Sam, the supervisor, was very helpful and professional! She was so nice! The whole process was very easy and I walked out confident with the pair I chose. I would 100% come back again!

The staff are friendly, efficient and very helpful. I will use Warby again!

TL:DR for sunglasses Avoid at ALL COSTS unless want horrible service and overpriced items, GO TO BLENDERS INSTEAD. 8/29 pm shift—girl at the counter gave the worst service I have ever had at a store. Very condescending and unhelpful. Scoffed at the idea I would look for advice on frame sizes. Weirdest attitude. Would never go back. We went to BLENDERS right after and had the BEST service, friendly and enthusiastic, informative, helpful advice—products with great features and GREAT prices. Lifetime warranty. Warby Parker made a lifelong enemy today and Blenders gained a lifelong fan. Way to go Warby Parker

Right on time for my appointment and exam was quick and professional. Awesome customer service on the floor with helping picking out new frame styles. Really happy I went here

FOLLOW UP ON CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE And it just got worse as I did contact them via email, per the cut and paste meaningless reply to my review. Emailing Customer Service resulted in an initial reply from Amanda, nothing else, of disbelief on their part and requested my date of birth, and zip code to check my insurance. Pointless. So, I provided the info they requested wondering what would happen. Next was an email from Christian, nothing else. He cheerfully informed me in detail everything my insurance covered. Useless. I know that. He then instructed me how to book an appointment online. So now I've gotten 2 replies from 2 different "people", both missing the point of my original complaint. I replied to his nonsense and received my next email from "TJ..and I'm a Supervisor with the Customer Experience Team..". who again dropped the ball. Keep in mind that at no point did i ever inquire, ask or hint at compensation from them. But TJ said "While I completely agree that you deserve some form of compensation...". Who is she agreeing with? Not me, I never mentioned compensation, nor did I even want that. The level of their incompetence is stunning. And good old TJ never replied to my answer to her, great supervising skills! I would not be surprised if they use AI to answer complaints. But that would be an insult to AI. I booked an appointment online for 10:30am today. I had previously called Warby Parker and had my insurance verified. Upon arriving I gave my insurance card to a woman with large black glasses and she told me they didn't take my insurance. I told her I had verified my insurance with Warby Parker days earlier. She made no effort to double check whatever verification method she used. None. She seemed quite skeptical when I told her I had verified my coverage and told me that I could pay out of pocket, that was it. Upon arriving home I again called my insurance AND Warby Parker and my insurance was verified, once again, by both. Good job, WB, S. Congress!!! I was the only customer in your empty store and you turned away a paying customer. And the phone number listed doesn't actually connect to the store, so not possible to talk to the store directly.

Great customer service! Rebecca anticipated my needs and was very helpful as I picked the perfect frame for me. Other staff was also friendly and helpful. Store was clean and tidy. Nice location too with coffee shops, bars, ice cream and tacos nearby!
