Dr. Ranjit Kaur
Introduction
Dr. Ranjit Kaur graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2019. In addition to her optometry degree, she completed a residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham and specialized in ocular disease and primary care optometry. Dr. Kaur is proud to be a member of the Texas Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.

Dr. Nehal Verma is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2015. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Verma uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Lars went above and beyond with my order and unusual requests regarding ‘retired’ color options on my favorite frames. I was hoping to get two pairs ordered. We successfully got one retired pair that hadn’t shipped back to corporate, and are in the process of finding a workaround for the other. I absolutely love the pair I ordered a year ago, and look forward to my new sporty sunglasses!

I came in with my 3 kids all under 4 years; the attendants were so kind and interactive with them, even giving each of my boys a sticker sheet. They were knowledgeable on frames and prescription availability, and were also able to accept a return/exchange frames for me that I had shipped to my house; a huge help to me. Go Warby Parker team!

Stellar experience!
The customer service (Lars was so patient while I sorted out all my prescription info and was so helpful throughout the whole process and just a well of information) the price point, the fact that you can get an exam there too (I didn’t but so great that you could). Cant wait to receive my new glasses and sunnies in the mail!

My daughter and I both went to WARBY PARKER‘s to get glasses and we both were thrilled with our choices.

I was helped by Anthony today. I had looked at Warby Parker online and went in with several screen shots of frames I wanted to try on. The first ones we really laughed at because even though they were the exact frames I wanted, they were huge compared to what I thought from shopping online. So Anthony helped me look for other frames within the design parameters I wanted. He was kind, took time with me (I was sending photos to my husband with the frames I liked). He knew which colors the frames also came in. It was a great experience. My visit ended with 2 pair of glasses and premium lenses (progressives).
time frame: about 2 weeks, delivered to my home. Will drop in the store for any adjustments. Very convenient, since I live south of Austin. Lars was my optician! Very confident and knowledgeable.

A tale of two mall eyeglass shops: I thought I needed to replace my frames so I first went to a different eyewear store in this mall (where I originally bought them), where first the sales associate and then the manager made it clear that they weren't going to help and tried to upsell me to a new exam, lenses, etc. I then walked into this place, where the manager saw right away what the problem was and without even being asked, proceeded to take 15 minutes and repair my frames. Wasn't even going to charge me. He made a great tip and a customer for life. I had bought perhaps six complete pairs of glasses at the other place over the years, but no more.

This Warby Parker was really great! We took all the time we needed to pick out frames we liked. We were able to put them all out on a table to try on again.
