Dr. Catherine Albrecht graduated from the University of Houston College of Optometry in 2014. As a Texas native (fun fact: she graduated from Leander High School), she is grateful to be practicing close to her hometown community. In her downtime, Dr. Albrecht enjoys playing pickleball.
Dr. Nehal Verma
Introduction
Dr. Nehal Verma is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in 2015. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Verma uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I received above and beyond service at this location with my somewhat complicated order! Each of the staff members who helped me were kind, patient and did whatever they could to help in navigating some complicated hiccups we had with the order (none of which were their fault or caused by the staff here). They helped make everything right and I'm really happy with my new WP frames! To shout them out they were Josh, Silas, Tate and Hector- thank you all!

Went in for a glasses repair that was supposed to be covered under the 6 month warranty and I was refused service. The staff was rude and combative and refused to honor the warranty. When I left the store and called customer service I was immediately told that they could repair my glasses for free and the store should have honored that. Don’t expect any kind of welcoming or helpful behavior here. Call customer service directly or pick another store.
