Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I love how quickly the whole process went from choosing the frames to be given detailed information regarding different lense options. The lovely sales associate was very helpful in helping me find the perfect frames for my small face. I absolutely adore the frames I selected and can't wait to wear them! My overall experience at Warby Parker was very delightful.

I met with a delightful associate named Sierra. She was very knowledgeable. She was very helpful. She asked lots of great questions to get me to the right pair of glasses for me. We narrowed it down to about six or seven pairs then we sat with a mirror and decided which ones were great ones for me to buy. I end up buying two instead of one

I had a great experience getting my glasses at Warby Parker! First of all, I found glasses that I liked right away, and was not pressured to buy anything! I was truly amazed at the state of the art machines they used for eye testing, and the doctor was very pleasant and explained everything he was doing and why. Lastly, I was amazed at the price! I paid $350 less than I did for my last glasses purchase. From now on, Warby Parker will be the first place I’ll go!

Horrendous! They demand payment with Credit Card not posted! They are highly corrupt n unprofessional. That’s the optical it’s a sales game n it’s not affordable bc they rip u off with lens prices. They over stack the wonderful O.D.’S rushing patient care which they aren’t allowed to do legally interfere with the Optometry Board standards or the Prescribing O.D. Do not support a corporation n do see your local Optometrist for your eye care. Do NOT SUPPORT WARBY PARKER THEY R THE low lives of the optical illusion they present!! Horrible company n tried to charge me for a test never seen or heard from again while this kid Emily waved me off! Absolutely disgusting repugnant behavior! Highly unprofessional!

I arrived early and they took me right away.The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Tappan has a great disposition and gave me a thorough exam. The prices were the best in town, clean, friendly atmosphere. I’ll go back again next time I need prescription glasses.

If you’re looking for a place for glasses look no further. I stopped in at warby parker after my eye exam to see what they had, this location in la Palmera mall is beautiful and clean. The associate that helped me was super super friendly and sweet and very helpful. Prices are fantastic even better after using insurance never have paid for glasses this affordable I am blown away! 10/10 recommend Warby Parker to anyone looking for glasses and sunglasses

Excited that I was able to order 2 pairs of glasses for the price of 1. I went on a Monday to get the glasses adjusted to the Warby Parker located in the mall and when I got to the doors the doors were locked. Mind you the sign states on the door open Monday-Saturday 10-6. Well come to find out they are not open on Mondays. So I went later that week. Checked in and waited 48 min for the only person who can adjust them to come back from her break. The girl at the counter called her a few times to see where she was at. This wouldn't have been that big of a deal had not just recently had surgery and depending on a ride. But fix your door sign and have people available for services. Also did not like that I could not get a hold of anyone at the actual store I had to call the customer service and they gave wrong information also on store hours.

First time for an eye exam. Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment only to be told wait unknown. Possibly 3 hour wait. Mind you, place was empty. Will never return. Thought Warby Parker was a professional office for eye exams. Do not recommend.
