Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Free replacement of lenses if they scratch? Yes, but... They keep your glasses for a month! I thought they would order replacement lenses but they have to send in the glasses. I can't go without mine so I guess I'm out of luck.

I was able to schedule my eye exam and purchase my glasses all in one convenient location. Everyone was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable! I didn’t have any issues with parking—there were plenty of spaces available. My appointment was mid-morning on a Saturday.

This store is not only beautiful with such a great selection of frames, but their customer service is always top-notch. I’ve visited this spot many times, and it still looks brand new! I’m a big fan of Warby Parker glasses, especially because of their “buy a pair, give a pair” business model. I love the variety of styles they offer, from trendy to modern to traditional. Now that I know they also offer eye exams, I’m planning to take full advantage of that next year!

03/27/2026: I just left Warby Parker and Isabelle was wonderful. I came in to get my Willetta frames adjusted after multiple times sleeping with them on. She was very friendly and helpful getting my frames to the way they need to be aka not crooked and wonky. Thanks, Isabelle!!!

08/01/22: I’ve been to this Warby Parker multiple times and every time the staff has been friendly and professional. As the years have gone by, the selection of frames has increased which has been great. I just went this morning and last month to get multiple frames adjusted. I’ll be back for sure when I need to get my glasses adjusted again or get an updated prescription. Thanks Jonathan (last month) and Jade (today) for helping me out! You guys were awesome!
The only downside to this location is parking is limited.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Customer for Life!
On 03/18/2026 around 10:00 PM, I accidentally sat on my glasses and completely damaged them. The next morning, I had to rely on an old pair of 8-year-old glasses that were taped in the middle—and unfortunately, the tape constantly obstructed my vision.
After starting my morning meetings, I went online (for the second time) to review eyeglass options with Warby Parker. I then called the Henderson Street store in Dallas to get a better understanding of the timeframe.
Ms. Chloe answered the call, and she was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Although I had to end the call early due to pressing business, she had already captured my information and followed up with an email outlining a recommended solution—excellent customer care!
When I called back a couple of hours later, another representative informed me that calls are recorded, reviewed the notes, and seamlessly continued assisting me right where we left off. That level of continuity was impressive.
I later visited the Henderson store, and all three representatives were welcoming and ready for me. They had already prepared for my visit and quickly helped me finalize the best solution. I didn’t realize the store is cashless, but we regrouped and completed the order without any issues.

The four employees I directly interacted with were so incredibly kind and helpful. My very curious 6 yr old also tagged along, and the employees took the time to provide coloring materials, talk about dogs, and answer the many questions he had about their supplies/tools. When it came to my frame shopping, the employees were able to answer very specific questions (such as the difference between low bridge and regular frames and whether or not they’d be helpful with my specific nose) and gave such wonderful, detailed feedback when I was trying to decide between pairs. Every employee was smiling, and you could tell they thoroughly enjoyed working together. I will absolutely be back again for my next pair of glasses.

Every year the day after my big eye exam...i dont use the Exams a t Warby as i have specialized issues and want a specialized eye Doc....i drive directly to Warby and get two new pairs of glasses. I like the fast in and out, the great service and the ease and speed that they ship it. IF something is not right, the fit or whatever, i love i can come back within a month and fix or exchange it. They are clean fun well stocked and lit stores, i can buy two or three pairs and get in and out in half hour and in days they arrive at the house. I think they are just a great place to get glasses. They are so much less costly than the old places i frequented for years and hence feel far less guilty when i lose a pair or three a year!
