First time shopping here. I was surprised by how effortless it was to get all the things I am looking for in my glass like sun protection and non glare. Other stores charge extra. So this was a lovely experience. Definitely will be shopping at Warby Parker.

Employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose a pair that flattered my face and were comfortable to wear. They were familiar with their inventory and assisted in finding a pair in the color and style I wanted.

I really enjoyed my visit at the North Park location. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I found just what I was looking for you seem to have quality products at quality prices.

I had an excellent experience at the Warby Parker store in NorthPark Mall. The staff was very accommodating, professional, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

They were efficient and pleasant to deal with. Took care of business efficiently and off I went.

After finding a couple of perfectly loved choices on prescription glasses, I decided to shop around before making the final purchase. I went to Walmart, Target and my eye doctor, to compare the pricing to Warby Parker. For two pairs of full prescription glasses that transition to sunglasses while outside and driving, along with my contact lenses prescription. I was shocked that the EXTREMELY WONDERFUL customer care agent named Diana had actually worked out the best pricing as a bundle package that NONE of the competitors beat! Warby Parker’s glasses were the most favorable to me, as well!!! This ALL made me VERY SATISFIED AND HAPPY!

All of the members of the Warby Parker team made sure my questions were answered and I had everything I needed while I browsed for eyeglasses. Once I found the frames I liked, multiple team members celebrated that "I found the winning pair" and helped build excitement and a positive atmosphere! They easily ordered my glasses for me and shipped them for free directly to my house. I cannot wait for my glasses to arrive and I will be back to Warby next time I need frames!

I had the most amazing experience at Warby Parker at Northpark. When my daughter and I arrived, Nathaniel and another colleague greeted us and they were so nice and so friendly. I am normally super picky about my glasses, but I actually took the advice. Nathaniel gave me and purchased a workspace and regular progressive lenses for my prescription. He was so charming and so helpful as are all the people at this location I don’t live near Northpark, but I just really like the vibe of the Employees. I visited Warby Parker for the first time, and I think I’ll never go to another optical store again. For years, I used so many random glasses—some cheap, some expensive. But I’m so glad I met Caroline and Meara, and that I decided to get my glasses here this time. Thank you, Meara, for fixing my old, useless glasses (that weren’t even Warby Parker) and making them better than before. And thank you, Caroline, for giving us such thoughtful advice since we’re new to Dallas and for taking the time to write everything down so carefully. One more thing—I was able to try on so many pairs of glasses without hesitation, and I felt completely comfortable the whole time. I even got answers to all my endless questions, which made me feel even more comfortable. Yesterday truly ended beautifully for me.
