Had a great customer service experience picking out new lenses. They did a great job explaining all of their services. They were kind enough to readjust my current frames free or charge. Was in and out all under 30 minutes on a busy Saturday afternoon

Caroline was very helpful, showing me frames that fit my face size. I have had trouble finding narrower frames at some other chain stores. **This is an addition to my review. I should always wait until I get the final product before I review. Warby Parker sent me the entire entirely wrong pair of glasses with the wrong prescription, which I’m sure someone else is waiting for. I will say that they said they would send out a new one, but after initially waiting for two weeks for the glasses, I find that irritating.
