Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

First time trying Warby Parker. Believe they had six sales representatives. One approached my wife and I. She gave us the lay of the land and said when we made a choice or had questions to please ask. There at least four other customers there, at the same time.
After looking at numerous frames my wife asked a representative if they had the same frame but in a different colour. Immediately went to the back and in less than two minutes emerged with the frames she liked.
After this, went to a desk to finds the types of lenses and fitting. All told, bet we were there less than 20 minutes.
Super friendly staff and no fuss. Asked several times about ins. (we didn't have any) so they really seemed to care. Highly recommend. Last time bought glasses was about three years ago. Despite the time difference we were out the door, paying about $250-300 less.

My family and I are so happy to have this new Warby Parker close to us. I can't say enough good things about our experience there. I took my elderly Mom in for new frames and they went above and beyond for her. Aspen helped with selecting her frames and worked hard to find the perfect ones that were flattering and comfortable. She made the whole process easy and honestly, fun. Once Mom's frames came in, we went back a couple of times to get the fit adjusted and both Erica and Eric assisted us to get them just right. They have been incredibly helpful, kind and friendly and made what could have been stressful for Mom into a breeze. She commented as we left the store that everyone there had been so good to her. If you are in need of new glasses, Warby Parker has lovely, affordable frames, the service is excellent and the staff at the new Highland Village store is top notch!

I am thrilled to have Warby Parker in Highland Village! Everyone at this location is amazing! Aspen helped me pick new frames. She was patient, kind and very helpful as I tried new styles and made it all so easy. Once I got my glasses, I took them back to the store for adjustments. Ericka and Eric were both incredibly helpful with “tweaking” my frames for comfort. I can’t say enough good things about them. Warby Parker is a great company - but the staff at the HV location is the icing on the cake and I highly recommend them!

Bought frames that were allegedly titanium and caused an allergic reaction that nearly scarred my face. Tried contacting for support only to be told tough crap. If you have a serious metal allergy that causes rashing and scarring, please be very careful when purchasing metal frames from Warby.

My dad went to this new location based on my recommendation. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst customer service experiences imaginable—especially for someone with a strong prescription.
He ordered glasses in September 2025. After wearing them for just a few days, he developed severe headaches and had to take medication. When he returned to the Warby Parker Highland Village location, they admitted the lenses were made with the wrong prescription.
They reordered the pair in November 2025 and was told they would arrive in 10 business days. After weeks of delays, and numerous phone call inquiries, he finally called the main office and was told the glasses had already been delivered to the store. When he went in, the salesperson initially insisted they didn’t have them—only to suddenly “find” them later.
They did a quick adjustment and sent him on his way. Once home, he realized the arms weren’t even resting on his ears properly. He had to return to the store yet again. This time, he asked them to verify the prescription in the lenses—and once again, it was wrong.
They offered a refund, but since he used vision insurance, that wasn’t an option. He was forced to order yet another replacement in January 2026. Happy New Year.
Throughout all of this, their constant excuse has been that they are “always busy.”
This experience shows a complete lack of professionalism, quality control, and communication. My dad has lost months of time, dealt with physical discomfort, and still does not have usable glasses.

Dr Sajid, Chris, and the whole team were so wonderful. I had a small eye injury at the end of the day, and they stayed right up until closing time to make sure I was ok. This is after Dr. Sajid already found great contacts for me when I’ve struggled to find ones that work for me with other doctors. What a blessing to have them so close to home.

Aspen was a fabulous retail associate. She actively looked and gathered eyeglass frames for the three of us. We tried on the eyeglasses she picked out and the ones we selected on our own at the store. We ended up going with the eyeglasses that Aspen picked out because they looked and felt the best. She was great at explaining the reimbursement process because they do not take our eye insurance.
