Really impressed with the in-store experience. The store associate was very knowledgeable and directed me to the selections that would be best for me. This made the whole experience less overwhelming. I was able to make a decision picked out frames I loved in about 15 minutes. The whole process including purchase was done in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, especially Gabe. I needed to exchange my frames and they handled it with no problems at all and got another pair that I liked a lot better. I would wholeheartedly recommend this store if you need glasses.

I spent so much time trying to get the complete out-the-door price for frames and prescription on the website. How does $85 for the prescription plus $98 for frames equal $450? I thought they were transparent about prices. So, you want to tell me anti-glare and filters are $50+ each? That doesn't make sense. Also the optometrist was rude or had an attitude when I was trying to explain my vision problems.

I had a fantastic experience at Warby Parker Rice Village, one of the better branches! The assistant Oliver was extremely patient and helpful in selecting my frames. The frames I liked came with a slightly longer temple length that couldn’t be customized, so my glasses ended up 10mm longer. My first stop was the Warby Parker Westheimer location, where the assistant was UNHELPFUL and lacked experience. She told me to return the next day. Instead, I went to Highland Village branch, where I received a warm welcome. Oliver adjusted my frames perfectly using their heating setup to make the titanium more flexible, which resulted in a much better fit. Kudos to the outstanding customer focused service at WB Rice Village!

WOW. Everyone is soooo nice. I went to the Warby Parker at 4078 Westheimer. The Dr. Explained everything in great detail. Went on a Sunday had my exam on Monday. Saved over $1,000 from the place I went last year. Will be definitely going back here every year.

I’ve had two really positive standard eye exam experiences at this location. Dr. Neda Esmaeili & Dr. Diana Tran were both friendly, informative & professional—especially, Dr. Tran, she was such a bubbly and fun person to be around! Overall, the process was efficient & easy too!

Warby Parker has the best selection. They do have reasonable prices on many of the glasses, so that there are sufficient number of eyeglasses to choose from. Service was fast and easy, and everything was explained to me clearly. Warby Parker does have a different approach than other retailers, so I prefer their modern approach to retailing eyeglasses than their competitors.

I had a great time at the store today. My exam was great and made sense. No one talked over my head and everything was explained to me. The doctor was kind and took her time with me to het my prescription just right. When it was time to get glasses the sales associate went out of their way to help me find glasses. They pulled out so many pairs of glasses for me from hidden places until I found the perfect shape, color and size. I was dancing in the store I was so happy!
