Heights Mercantile

I recently moved from contacts to progressive lens and decided to try Warby Parker because it advertised glasses at a fraction of the price. The positives - great store, ambiance and the staff was very knowledgeable. Their selection was really amazing and they are in the convenience of my neighborhood. The pricing however is not "a fraction of the cost". What started as $99 pair of glasses came out to $450 with all the add-ons and the realization that WP doesn't take Aetna for insurance. So, as much as I enjoyed the experience and selection, it was the highest cost for a pair of glasses.

Great experience buying glasses at the Warby Parker in Heights Mercantile. Very attentive and fun staff with lots of frame selections! Highly recommend.

I've been to this store a couple of times- once to purchase a new pair of glasses and once to fix my existing pair. Both times that I went the staff were absolutely amazing! Teri and Amanda were so kind, helpful and patient! Thank you both for helping me find the perfect pair of glasses for me!

I usually order my glasses online, but my recent brick-and-mortar experience was top-notch. Teri helped my wife the day before, so I decided to come in, since I needed a new pair of glasses. Teri went above and beyond with looking into my insurance issue and helping to find a good pair of sunglasses that compliment my face shape. She also did a good job adjusting my current pair of glasses. I would recommend looking for Teri at the Heights location to help with your glasses purchase.

Teri was so helpful! Just had a little issue with the nose things on the glasses and she helped me and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

I was only coming in for an estimate on how much the glasses I wanted would cost. The service from the staff was super- very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was surprised by the very reasonable prices! And of course, the beautiful frames.

Great selection and wonderful staff! I took two pairs of sunglasses for repairs today and they did a thorough job and it was totally free! Only negative is that it’s hard to leave without buying something new. 🤪

Always a fantastic experience. The staff is consistently helpful and experienced - they’re willing to spend the time to help you figure out exactly what you want. Brought in my prescription, and they handled it from there.

I had no idea they have kids frames here! And they were all beautiful and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back!! Amanda and Terry gave excellent service!!!

I had the BEST experience with Teri. I couldn’t find a pair that fit my personality until Teri came up and immediately suggested styles that would look best on me. The first pair she pulled out I fell in love with!! She also fit them to my face when they came in. LOVE my new pair so much & am so so thankful for Teri. She’s an expert and so kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend Teri’s help and heading over to this Warby Parker!!

Olivetr fixed the misshapen glasses I had stepped on. It was a miracle. Mary helped me pick out glasses and was so helpful that I was able to pick lenses in less than a hour, a 300% improvement in the normal time it takes me to select a frame. Happy and kind place.
