Dr. Hira Tukdi is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the Chicago College of Optometry (CCO) in 2023. Dr. Tukdi uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam —prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

As someone who is incredibly particular about my healthcare, I tend to stick with a team once I find one I trust. For over six months, my daughter, Feliece Floyd, who works for Warby Parker in Savannah, GA, urged me to give the brand a try. After a previous visit comparing two different locations, this specific store stood out by a mile.
When it came time for my annual exam, my daughter highly suggested I return to this location. I am so glad I did because it was the best decision. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, the experience was absolutely seamless. The doctor was phenomenal. She was personable, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained the why behind her recommendations, and never made me feel pressured. She was efficient yet thorough, making me feel genuinely valued as a patient.
The retail floor team was equally amazing. They listened to exactly what I wanted without pushing unnecessary add ons. When I was on the fence about transition lenses for one of my pairs, their suggestion was practical, thoughtful, and perfectly matched my style.
My daughter always speaks so highly of Warby Parker, and now I completely see why. Knowing that the high standard of service she champions in Savannah is mirrored right here down the road from me in Houston, TX is fantastic. I look forward to establishing myself as a long term patient and customer at this location. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Loved the many frame choices, and that each frame can be made into either regular glasses or sunglasses. I also loved how efficient, fast, and friendly the technicians were, we were in and out (frames picked and ordered!) in under an hour!!

I am not a frequent review writer, but I really wanted to leave this one. My daughter had been complaining of blurriness and headaches, so I decided to get her eyes checked. I wasn’t familiar with other options, but have always loved Warby Parker myself. I decided to make a pediatric appointment, but since they don’t limit themselves to specializing in pediatric optometry, I was a bit worried. All the ins and outs of the appointment, including some of the uncomfortable parts of eye exams (all the questions, drops, etc.), seemed like a lot for my more sensitive kiddo. Especially if the doc was not good with kids.
Let me say, Dr. Tran was GREAT. She was cheerful and kind, presented everything as a game, and was VERY patient when my kiddo was nervous about something. You would think working with nervous six year olds was her main thing. And the exam itself was thorough and I left confident in her assessment of what my daughter needed. Which, to her delight, was a pair of cute pink glasses.
My real hope is that another parent, wondering about whether they should take their young kiddo here, finds this review. Make your appointment with confidence! As long as her eye care needs stay simple, we will be going back!

For the life of me, I can’t remember the name of the staff member who helped us, and unfortunately he’s leaving and will no longer be working there — but he was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with my son and truly made the whole experience fun and stress-free.
When we returned, another gentleman helped adjust both my son’s glasses and mine. He got it perfect on the very first try. We were so impressed! At our previous location in City Centre, adjustments would take forever, and my son was never fully comfortable. We had to go back three separate times just for adjustments.
My uncle recommended this Cinco location, and I’m so glad we decided to give it a try. The service here has been exceptional, and we will definitely be returning every year!
