Dr. Vivian Le is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in 2020. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Le uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Avoid if you need an adjustment—go across the street instead!
My wife and I stopped by this Warby Parker location to get our glasses adjusted. To our surprise, the staff refused to help us simply because we bought our glasses elsewhere.
I have worn glasses for over 30 years and have never once encountered a optical shop that refused a simple adjustment based on where the glasses were purchased. It has always been a standard courtesy in the industry.
Instead of helping, the staff told us to go across the street to Visionworks at Preston Towne Crossing. We took their advice, and Visionworks took care of us immediately—adjusting our glasses without hesitation, despite the fact that we didn’t buy them there. That is the kind of customer service I’ve experienced my entire life as a glasses wearer.
Warby Parker’s policy (or at least this location's attitude) is incredibly disappointing and anti-customer. If you want helpful service, save yourself the trip and just go straight to Visionworks across the street.

The short-haired young woman who sold glasses yesterday was awesome! My husband is used to a particular style of wire rims, but we encouraged him to try on pairs he normally wouldn't - and ended up finding a pair of smooth grey plastic frames that look super sleek! Y'all were so nice and patient with us. Will return!

I loved shopping for eyeglasses at Warby Parker. The store at Preston Park is great: the store itself is attractive, the staff is friendly and there's absolutely no pressure to buy. Previously, I'd visited this store and told a clerk what type of eyeglass frames I was looking for. She found some for me to try on, and I snapped selfies of the ones I liked, including the name of those styles. I then went home and downloaded the app, which is great. I highly recommend doing that, because if you give permission for the app to temporarily access your camera, you can try on frames virtually. The technology for doing this has improved over time and on the Warby Parker app, it's an excellent experience. Thanks to this feature of the app, I was able to virtually try on about 25 different frames in the privacy and comfort of my own home. The app even enables you to snap pics of your favorites. The app also measures pupillary distance, but in my case, that measurement was way off. I'm not sure why. Eventually, from the virtual try-ons, I found two frames that I liked. I went back into the actual store to order them, because I wanted to try them on in person to confirm my choices. I also wanted the pupillary distance measurement done in person, which was definitely the right decision because in person, my PD was 32; the app had measured it at 59.5. I don't know how to account for the error, which could certainly simply be a mistake on my park, but since I was going in anyway to confirm the frames I wanted, it was no big deal to have them measure my PD in the store. I'd brought a copy of my current eyeglasses prescription, and within about 5 minutes, I'd placed my order. My glasses will be mailed to me at no additional charge in about 2 weeks. I loved the entire experience, and best of all, these glasses were affordable. I highly recommend shopping for eyeglasses at Warby Parker on Preston Park Colonnade.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Mostly I had a bad experience with another eyeglass company and wanted an optometrist that could get my prescription right and not worry about being late for lunch and doing an exam in 5 mins. I found this with Vivian Le she was very professional and after 30mins she had my correct prescription and explained everything thoroughly and answered and questions I may have had. Would recommend her highly even if it’s just for the exam.

Had a great experience at this location. The store is clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and professional. They immediately greeted and checked in with us when we walked into the store. They were available to provide assistance whenever we needed without trying to push a sale and answered all of our questions. It was also very easy to use the online virtual vision test to update my expired prescription, which was approved that same day. The checkout process was quick, uncomplicated, and I'm happy with my new glasses!
