Dr. Ammara Sajid
Introduction
Dr. Ammara Sajid graduated from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry in 2023. She is proud to be a member of the Texas Optometric Association (TOA) and the American Optometric Association (AOA). In her downtime, Dr. Sajid enjoys spending time with family, watching netflix, and experimenting with new recipes.

Introduction
Dr. Vivian Le is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in 2020. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Le uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

Had a great experience at this location. The store is clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and professional. They immediately greeted and checked in with us when we walked into the store. They were available to provide assistance whenever we needed without trying to push a sale and answered all of our questions. It was also very easy to use the online virtual vision test to update my expired prescription, which was approved that same day. The checkout process was quick, uncomplicated, and I'm happy with my new glasses!

Emily was amazing today. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to get eyeglasses or sunglasses just yet but I was ready either way. I brought in my prescription I just received from my optometrist and as soon as Emily was done with her previous customer, she helped me. I prefer a larger, wider frame that fits my face more and she understood after looking at my previous purchases (and returns) what I was looking for. She went the extra mile to see what they had in the back that may not have been out on the shelves just yet. After trying on several pair, I realized I would just go with the sunglasses we found on the wall and use my insurance. Much to my surprise, my prescription sunglasses with a darker lens color, and all the great things came to an amazing $25! She was excited to see that as was I! I would definitely recommend going to this location due to the professionalism and relatable, friendly staff any time. Thanks again Emily for the service today and I can’t wait to get my pair in! The staff at this location are all great! Dr. Le was very pleasant, patient, and understanding of my preference for contacts.Sarah went above and beyond assisting me with verifying my insurance and explaining my benefits. Kayleigh was also very helpful with the selection process of my frames and she picked the perfect pair on the first try! I would highly recommend this location!

Ove had 3 experiences with WP...all three times I've had to go back and get my prescription adjusted.This last time,my glasses were completely unusable..so ii got a refund .I will go to Wal Mart.

Incredible customer service at this location! Emily went above and beyond to help me pick out the right frames and get the progressive lens just right. Both Emily and Jake helped me figure out my insurance and were beyond patient…well after closing. This is the only place we will go for glasses. Also Dr. Le was outstanding for our eye exams! The manager of the store could not have been more diligent in finding past records and researching the insurance benefits that applied. He also adjusted two pairs of glasses i already had attain from WP and the fit like new. If all that was not enough he assisted me in picking out the perfect pair of glasses to give me an updated look that were still age appropriate. The whole experience was a 10++.

I have been shopping around for frames for new progressive lenses for several days. My daughter has a pair of Warby Parker frames and suggested I go look at them. I found I liked the options better there than other places I looked at. Customer service was great, not pushy, very helpful, explained what WP had to offer. Ms. Angela was helpful with information regarding progressive lenses. Another associate was helpful understanding how to adjust to progressive lenses. I would recommend checking out a WP store
