Been purchasing my glasses at Warby Parker for years. I like their selection and that they still offer $95 frames. David, who helped, was lovely!

I recently got new prescription glasses here, and the whole experience was excellent. The staff was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the process.

I came in ready to spend money. I had already found the frames I wanted, picked them up myself, and was literally holding them in my hand ready to pay. Not once did anyone offer to help me find them or walk me through the process. One associate briefly checked in, but never followed through. While I was in the store, I noticed staff consistently giving more attention to other customers.. Greeting them, helping them choose, walking them through options, while I was left to figure it all out alone. I left to run an errand and told them I’d be back. When I returned, they greeted me with “welcome back” … and then left me standing there again without offering to ring me up or finish the sale. I walked out without buying.. Not because I didn’t want the glasses, but because I couldn’t get anyone to actually help me. The lack of attention felt intentional, and I can’t ignore that race seemed to play a part.

The associates were super knowledgeable and patient, they helped me find the perfect pair that fit my face and style. I also had an eye exam done in-store, and it was quick, thorough, and professional. Everything from trying on frames to placing my order was smooth and stress-free. THEY DON'T HAVE A WORKING TELEPHONE NUMBER! You can't get any assistance from the local store with your order; all calls go to a central call center which is staffed by incompetents.

Finding glass was a great experience. I've been coming here for about 4 years now and I'm never disappointed. This time Wahhab helped me.He was Great!! Professional, patient and kind. He knows what he's talking about. I will ask for him again.
