Came in to get 6 pair of glasses I previously purchased sized and Jake was a tremendous help. Very personable, nice, funny and helpful. Recommended a carrying case which I ended up purchasing. There was a young lady helping my husband who was great as well and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location for the great staff!

This was such a great experience. Walked in and was immediately greeted, and was happy with the selection (especially because my face and frames don't always go together). Found two pairs and checked out fast.

After explaining why he could not repair my glasses, he helped me find a pair which fit me perfectly. He was not pushy and or overbearing. He made the process so easy. I love their simple pricing. What an amazing experience. I walked into the store, was greeted, was offered help when I needed it. The rest of the time I could browse at my own pace. Along the way, I was provided feedback and information at the perfect times. Was even given advice on which frames looked best on me. Ended Up buying two frames I loved.
