I love Warby Parker in The Woodlands , store very nice, organized and clean . Great variety of options to choose. Staff friendly , professional and patient . Definitely I 100% recommend them . I’m a customer for more than 3 years now.

Lady was helpful and patient with me picking out my first pair of prescription glasses. She was nice to say nope those are big, too wide or those look great. Im very excited about the ones I chose.

The Market Street location of Warby Parker is such an excellent store. Both store employees were extremely helpful, attentive and kind while helping me choose new eyewear and explain different aspects about the eyewear which made it easier for me to make a decision. The store was busy while I was there but I still received amazing customer service from both associates and ended up taking less time than I thought I would from start to finish. Also very pleased to have free shipping to my home.

I visited the Warby Parker on Market Street in The Woodlands today, and I left feeling incredibly disappointed. I was genuinely excited to shop — I’ve been looking forward to picking out new frames and expected a fun, helpful experience from a brand known for great service. Instead, the lack of basic courtesy completely shifted the tone. As a retail store manager, I understand how important first impressions are. A simple greeting goes a long way — and I didn’t get one. Two customers who walked in after me were greeted warmly, even while the associate was already helping someone else. That told me it wasn’t about being busy — I was simply overlooked. I tried on multiple frames and clearly lingered, hoping for help. We received one casual “are you finding everything okay?” and that was it. The woman who came from the back didn’t greet us, didn’t offer help, and barely acknowledged we were there. It wasn’t until I was walking out the door that I heard a half-hearted “have a good day.” Clearly , Warby Parker is known for its service and customer-first culture — but today, that was completely missing. As someone who works in retail and trains teams to lead with warmth and attentiveness, this experience was truly disappointing. A simple hello goes a long way.
