My daughter broke her glasses early Saturday morning, and we came into the store in the afternoon to see what could be done to fix them. The staff was so helpful! They saw our dilemma and came to the rescue. They fond the exact frames my daughter had broke, took out the lenses from her broken pair of glasses and put them into a new frame! They spent time making adjustments to the glasses to fit her. I love Warby Parker, I'm a long time fan! I've always had the best customer experiences. Again, they did not disappoint me—they completely took care of my daughter glasses—and this is the reason I continue to return to Warby Parker! Kudos!
