Dr. Phil Mason graduated from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in 1987. Dr. Mason is proud to be a member of the Armed Forces Optometric Society and the US Navy Reserve.

Introduction
Dr. Neil Sharma is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the in Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University (PCO) in 1993. Dr. Sharma uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam —prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I bought my glasses a few months ago and let me say, the customer service was out of this WORLD. I’ve never been to an eye glasses place where they put so much thought into helping me with my selection and understanding my prescription. The staff is amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, patient. They answered all my questions and provided good information to assist me in my decisions. Had the pleasure of working with Anna, Hallie, Abby and Cristian. Dr Mason listen to my vision health challenges and history and answers all my concerns. I’m giving Warby Parker in Clarendon a 10/10! I brought my mom in for an eye exam and new glasses, and the entire experience was flawless. The doctors were amazing—they took the time to explain her vision results in detail and gave us honest, helpful advice on which prescriptions would work best for her specific needs.
The staff was incredibly patient and helpful while we picked out frames. It’s rare to find a place where the clinical side and the retail side are both this high-quality. We walked out feeling confident and well-taken care of. Highly recommend this location!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a Warby Parker location. The staff were friendly and energetic. The woman who helped me (forgive me for not catching her name) was awesome! She respected that I had favorites tagged in the app but also gave suggestions. When it came time to order the sunglasses, she gave suggestions on the color of the lens. Great service! Smooth process and very knowledgeable staff. Dr. Mason is great. I appreciate his knowledge, advice, and he was very straightforward. Floor staff are very helpful. The frame selection is really good. The lenses are high quality and there are no hidden fees. The cost of everything to include insurance was very transparent.

I visited last year and had a great experience, but this time it felt like the staff were under a lot more pressure to upsell services and upgrades. Customer service has gone downhill a bit at this location.
Be cautious when they offer the $29.99 retinal photo as an alternative to dilation. In reality they can only see about 70% of the eye—so you will likely still need to be dilated anyway. They may want to avoid making the condition to dilation.
On the positive side, they did refund the $29.99. Still, I ended up going in to complain about the false impression that was provided because I felt misled. Sharing this so others don’t run into the same misunderstanding.

Staff was really kind and helpful but I learned six months later, after vision changes due to this mistake, that they did not put the reading prescription in my glasses. Without being able to focus my eyes, my vision got worse and I had to get new glasses after only six months. I did not purchase my new glasses from Warby Parker and will not be shopping here again.
