Comprehensive exams starting at $135
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.

A screening for issues like glaucoma and cataracts, and for signs of other health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, and more
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $39)
Insurance, FSA, and HSA
Whether we’re in- or out-of-network with your carrier, you can use vision insurance to save at Warby Parker . (We accept FSA and HSA, too!)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

I don't know their names but the two mosaic employees who just helped me were gems!! They went out of their way to help me find frames that fit my face best even if that meant going back and forth on options or digging out secret frames from the back room. I try to be nice, but forget that here. The customer service was the absolute worst—incredibly rude and inconsiderate. My advice? Don't waste your time. And don't you dare ask a question unless you want an attitude for an answer.

With glasses I feel you have to try before you buy. So it's nice to have a wide selection you can try on and have help from a professional (and yes, I know you can get 5 frames sent to your house). I ended up with a pair that I love that I know I would have never selected from a tiny picture on the web.
Also the staff there is great! So helpful and professional That's why I keep coming back to this specific Warby Parker.
Easy parking in the garage behind them also!
Great selection, great staff and easy parking! What more could you want?
Oh, and Warby Parker will put new lens in your favorite old Warby Parker frames (but only WP frames) at a reduced cost. It was only $60+ something for new single prescription lens in last years frames that were still in almost new shape still.

Paul the senior optician was extremely helpful. We arrived at the store five minutes before closing, and he graciously assisted us in getting new glasses for my daughter after her frames broke. He never made us feel rushed and remained professional throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service—some of the best I’ve experienced in a long time.

Worst experience I’ve had at a retail store. The two employees were incredibly rude and made it feel like we were an inconvenience by being there. I’ve always had a great experience with Warby Parker so I was shocked and disappointed. We had to walk out because they made us so uncomfortable.
