Amazing experience. My son and I both needed a couple pairs of glasses and struggle to find ones that we like and look good. We had stopped at another eyeglasses store before and were basically ignored. I remembered a friend saying how much they liked Warby Parker so I did a quick search and this location was the closest that was still open. From the moment we walked in, Mariam was extremely friendly and helpful. She greeted us and asked how she could help. I explained that we needed a couple of pairs and were just lost when it came to picking pairs. She jumped in right away asking preferences on material, color, and style and then began pulling pairs for us to try. She listened to what we liked/didn’t like about each pair and gave honest feedback about how they fit/looked. Picking out our glasses took no time at all. We didn’t feel rushed at all - Mariam was just that good at listening and adjusting what she picked to match what we said we liked. It was a little crazy that I picked my glasses after three different frames. I know it would have taken so much longer if we hadn’t had help. Highly recommend not only Warby Parker but Mariam in particular!

I recently visited Warby Parker for my glasses and contacts eye exam, Dr. Wah took great care and explained the process since this would be my first time using contacts. I’ld also like to thank Jennifer, Nicole and Xavier who were great! They took the time to help me choose my new frames and order my new contacts.

Customer Service was great! Store was clean with multiple selections of nice, current, and trendy frames. I would like to see more frames for Asian nose i.e. Low bridge nose glasses. There is a section for low bridge nose, but not enough. It still didn’t work for me. However, I was able to find one with a nose pad that worked.
