Dr. Rubab Naqvi

Dr. Rubab Naqvi is a state-licensed optometrist who graduated from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science in 2020. Specializing in primary care optometry, Dr. Naqvi uses cutting-edge technology and clinical expertise to perform a comprehensive eye health exam—prescribing eyeglasses, fitting contact lenses, evaluating eye health, and more for patients ages 4 and up.

Comprehensive exams starting at $95
We recommend an annual exam to help evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Plus, it gives you an opportunity to ask an expert optometrist any eye-related questions.
A detailed image of the surface of your retina for the doctor to assess your eye health and check for conditions like macular degeneration, glaucoma, and retinal detachments (available at most locations for an additional $35)
Thankfully, no—we have newer methods for measuring intraocular pressure now.
It's best to have this information handy:
A list of any eye- or vision-related symptoms you're experiencing
An overview of your and your family's medical history
A list of medications you're taking (non-prescription medications included)
Your vision insurance information (if applicable)
Any questions you'd like to ask the eye doctor
You should also bring any corrective lenses you're currently using—glasses and contacts—and a pair of sunglasses to wear afterwards in case your eyes are dilated during your exam.
A comprehensive eye exam includes tests for visual acuity, refraction, and binocular vision, as well as a full ocular health assessment. A retinal exam may also be performed, sometimes requiring pupil dilation. Learn more about what to expect here.
We recommend getting an eye exam once a year to evaluate your vision, examine your eye health, and screen for other health issues. Other factors may influence how often you get an eye exam, including your age, whether you wear glasses or contacts, and if your medical history puts you at higher risk for eye diseases.
We're in-network with most major vision carriers, like UnitedHealthcare, Davis Vision, Superior Vision, and some VSP plans. For other plans, like EyeMed and Cigna, we often work as an out-of-network carrier. (Not all optometrists accept all insurance plans. We can only confirm your coverage details during your visit.)
Glasses and contacts prescriptions typically expire one to two years after the prescription was written. This time frame may vary depending on your state's regulations and the risk of your vision changing more quickly.

The staff are exceptional. My wife is very picky when it comes to choosing glasses due to her prescription strength. She yried on nearly ever pait of glasses in the store. With the help of Tyra, Brianna, Helen, Aleyda, and Sachi, we were able to find her a great pair of glasses that she thought she would be able to wear. Jose corrected my frames perfectly. We highly recommend. 10/10

I've had an awful experience with this Warby Parker. I showed up 15 minutes early to an eye exam on 8/29/25, and waited over an hour past the appointment time. There's limited seating in the very uncomfortable waiting area, so I shopped for frames the entire hour. After the appointment I chose 2 frames, both in wide. The man ringing me up questioned if I need wide or standard (like, I wouldn't know after trying on frames for an hour) and after repeatedly showing and telling him I need the wide, he went ahead and ordered the standard frame without telling me. So of course when it shows up in the mail I have to take it back to the store and have it reordered (I'll give them credit, this was a smooth process). Well luckily I got 2 pairs right? No, the second pair took over a MONTH to arrive. I contacted customer support thinking the package was missing since it went weeks past the arrival date, and they said there's nothing they could do. To top it off, the trial pair of contacts I was given were the wrong prescription. After finally receiving the correct frames I took them to get fitted twice and still walked out unhappy. Gave up trying to even purchase contacts. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL OPTOMITRIST THAT IS COVERED BY INSURANCE!!!! Just order your WB frames online, skip this store.
