Convenient location, friendly staffs, stylish glasses

Wonderful experience. Lisa and Brianna both were super helpful and walked me through fitting my meta glasses with new prescription lenses.

My partner recommended Warby Parker to me because she was getting her prescription glasses from there for several years now. I have never heard of Warby Parker until now. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The affordability was a big factor too in my decision to purchase my prescription glasses here. I used to go to City Eye Works but one pair of the same kind of prescription glasses cost $1300, and my partner was so flabbergasted by their overpriced glasses. I purchased a daily prescription glasses and a prescription sunglasses from Warby Parker and they cost me $845. Big big big difference. It’s a no brainer. This is where I will be getting my glasses regularly from now on. Truly recommended!

Amazing service today from their fit technician, Alex. I own 4 pairs of glasses, all have been smashed around from all my travel that needed adjustment to fit properly again. This would have cost $50-$100 elsewhere but I got all my glasses tuned up for free!!! Amazing service and the main reason I buy Warby Parker. They are not expensive look super sharp and stylish and well backed up by lifetime free tune ups. I’m sold and can’t wait to buy another pair soon!! I’m extremely impressed with this service no appointment was needed!!! I love Warby Parker!! Thank you ALEX for the stellar service!!!! The glasses all fit great and feel brand new!!!

Always greeted by a friendly team at this store. It's clean and well organized. Today I replaced my prescription sunglasses which I'd previously purchased from this location several years ago. The customer service was helpful, quick and efficient!

Found a pair of glasses frames I liked & fit well. I like options with some color. Tgere seem to be fewer of those these days but found some teal frames @WP. 🙏💐

Always fun to visit Warby Parker

I recently got a pair returned to me from utilizing the scratch guarantee and one of the glasses arms got twisted/adjusted and completely snapped off in a way that this Warby Parker optician had never seen. At first they had come to me and let me know that I would have to pay completely out of pocket for a new pair of frames and honestly that’s disappointing since I’ve only had my glasses for two months and need to use them daily and already had to replace the lens. After expressing this could have happened in transit from coming back to me, they were able to come up with a different solution and I was able to compromise with this preferred solution. After that they took the time to clean my glasses (both, the one I was wearing and adjust them) as well as thoroughly educating me on what each part of the glasses should feel like on you from the hooks, to the bridge etc. I believe her name was Brina? Thank you for taking the time to help me today, you truly made this experience one-of-a-kind and I hope you get an incredible shoutout because you deserve it.

My first time visiting a Warby Parker location… Loved the selection and range of price points. I found the perfect pair of sunglasses. The customer service was above and beyond.

The service with extraordinary the price was much lower in the previous quoted price at my eye doctor Again the service is what will bring me back The woman who helped me was very kind very smart knew her job well help me find the right frames for me told me about all the add-ons and upgrades that were possible but did not push there was no big hurry she was wonderful and very helpful

The Warby Parker Experience is exceptional! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They treat you as though you are the most important person there. Every member of the Warby Parker team is knowledgeable and helpful; they give you as much “space “ or guided help as you need. They have a super selection of eye ware, I am so glad I walked in , they are now my go to for all my eye ware!!

Friendly and helpful staff with no pressure agenda. I like the styles of glasses and sunglasses. I went for prescription sunglasses and picked out these named Tessa!

Luckily I’ll be going to Renton location for my appointment but I came in on my lunch break to check out glasses and wasn’t even acknowledged by the 5 people standing there. But the white guy that walked in about 5 min after me was immediately approached. I was definitely being avoided for some reason. Felt very embarrassed and left and still not even a “ thanks for coming in or anything “ first time there since my new insurance recommended this place and definitely won’t go into this location again even though it’s more convenient for me.
