Warby Parker is my go to place for eyewear. I am happy with their frame selection. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a great business model. My wife and adult daughters all get their eyewear from them after I shopped there for the first time several years ago.

When my eye doctor mistakenly reversed my prescription, Warby Parker stepped in and replaced my glasses for free, despite the fact that I hadn’t even used their optometry services. I can't recommend the University Village location enough—it’s a model of what great customer service should be.

I had to get my first pair of glasses. I went to two glasses stores before I went to Warby Parker just to test them out. It was like night and day. The staff member who worked with me was so informative, professional, and incredibly efficient and picking out the most flattering pairs of glasses, I was in and out of there so fast and super happy. That was absolutely not the case when I went to The other store. I canceled my order at the other store immediately
