Warby Parker is my go to place for eyewear. I am happy with their frame selection. The staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They have a great business model. My wife and adult daughters all get their eyewear from them after I shopped there for the first time several years ago.

I can't recommend the University Village location enough—it’s a model of what great customer service should be.

I had to get my first pair of glasses. I went to two glasses stores before I went to Warby Parker just to test them out. It was like night and day. The staff member who worked with me was so informative, professional, and incredibly efficient and picking out the most flattering pairs of glasses, I was in and out of there so fast and super happy. That was absolutely not the case when I went to The other store. I canceled my order at the other store immediately

I had reviewed frames online. I used the online viewr. Then u went into the store and asked for the frames i liked. I like to try them on. It was such a great experience in the store. Very easy. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

The team brought out 20+ pairs for me to help decide on my first pair of glasses and worked with me for 1.5 hrs to decide, even a bit past closing. Thanks for making me excited about purchasing glasses and giving me honest recommendations.

Staff is amazing! Everyone is attentive and ensure every customer is taken care of. They easily adjusted the two sunglasses I brought in and helped me select/price out other glasses I wanted to purchase from them. Great experience <3

I am so incredibly disappointed by the service I received from Warby Parker. I went in to the University Village location to purchase prescription sunglasses before a vacation. The associate informed me that my prescription was expired, so they couldn’t put lenses in the frames. They recommended I see their eye doctor to update the script, but they didn’t have an appointment before my vacation. They then recommended that I purchase the frames at that time, and return after vacation to put the prescription lenses in. That is what I did. I went back last week to do the eye exam at the Bellevue location and they then told me that they can’t put prescription lenses into a pair of their frames that were purchased with non prescription lenses! They told me I have to buy new frames! I don’t know if the original associate was uninformed or lied to me, but I feel entirely scammed. Visionworks has much better policies and was able to put lenses in the frames for me.

Fantastic in-store experience. Excellent selection of frames for all face sizes (narrow, medium, wide) and lots of color/lens options. Incredible customer service and fast turn around time between placing an order and receiving glasses. Hands down the best glasses shopping experience I have ever had!

Been a customer for years, I had lasik a month ago and came in to see if I could swap out my prescription lenses on my sunglasses, they would not do that. I won’t buy anything from them anymore and I suggest they change this policy

I showed the greeter a picture of these glasses I saw online and asked her if she had anything close to it, she immediately knew what the glasses were and where they were located. These guys know their products like the back of their hand, super happy about how fast she got me checked out despite it being such a busy store.

Warby Parker is a great place for fashionable glasses and great customer service. I have been a customer of Warby Parker for at least 5 years. I have purchased prescription glasses for me and my kiddo numerous times. Whenever I’m in the area I pop in to have them refit my glasses, tighten screws and to give them a good cleaning. It’s all complementary. I totally recommend this store. They are helpful, nice and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Warby Parker!

Went in over the weekend to get my new glasses fitted and have a tune-up done on all of my old glasses. Amazes me that they still provide this service free of charge even after all these years. It was nice to see what was new and have a chat with KC and Brian about my new prescription, stellar service as always.

I went to University Village location to try sunglasses while visiting from Toronto. The customer service was excellent! They are friendly and helpful. As I was trying on different sunglasses, I noticed different CSRs assist me with their input. The gentleman who adjust the sunglasses (I can’t recall his name but he has 20 some yrs experience as an Optician) who finalized the transaction was exceptionally adept as he knew when the glasses weren’t sitting right. He was also a delight to speak to. He personalized our interaction. We had a good chat! I purchased the WP’s Sonia sunglasses as the quality is superlative - durable and sturdy. See attached picture before they were adjusted for my face. I bought them in the black frame!
