As soon as I walked in the store, they addressed me and once I began looking at frames, they were VERY helpful for finding the perfect frames to fit my needs! I ended up with 3 pair! Cannot wait to get them! Highly recommend!!

Loved my experience here! Both employees were very very informative and friendly.

I went to the Bham Warby Parker with my sister. She tried on like 20 different glasses and Georgia patiently helped us find the perfect pair! Georgia rocks and suggested glasses we would love and let us take our time to find exactly what we wanted! She also helped us with ordering and getting a new prescription online. I will most likely switch to Warby Parker due to the great service and quality glasses and care.

Walked in an I immediately felt like I was in the right place , found some affordable eye glasses at an amazing price. I definitely recommend anyone looking for less expensive yet excellent eye wear please stop by to get taken care of......

I went in July and don’t normally leave reviews for places but I am almost positive my prescription is wrong as my eyes can’t focus on anything past a few feet (my prescription is low but was cut in half of what it was) and this has been awful driving especially at night and my eyes are constantly zoning out plus the contacts I purchased through them (was told the ones I normally order were being discontinued) dry my eyes out so bad and have popped out several times before my work day is over. I was also told by front staff, not doctor that they didn’t take my insurance, when they infact did so I paid out of pocket for everything day of, which I was not expecting to do. Overall the staff is very nice and welcoming but my prescription is not correct and I am an everyday contact wearer and have been opting for my old glasses in my old prescription for both comfort and sight.

Outstanding shopping experience. Needed to buy new glasses for a picky teenager. This was our fourth store to visit and she found not one but three frames she loved and had difficulty choosing between them. Great, straightforward pricing. Easy access at the Pizitz Food Hall. Entire process took less than 15 minutes from when we stepped in the door. Will be going back to buy frames for myself.

Wow! My eye exam started on time (a little before since I arrived early), The Dr. was already familiar with my profile since I signed in on line. Usually they wait and read those things after you arrive. The check out process could not have been any easier and the clerk any nicer. I will definitely go there again.

My friend and I walked in to “browse” but both needed glasses we could afford. We were pleasantly surprised at the affordability of very attractive glasses and made exciting purchases today. I highly recommend this shop because of a great staff and beautiful selection.

I went in here to get some sunglasses because my partner had used Warby Parker for her prescription glasses. They always have such trendy and stylish designs. I love that they come in narrow, medium, and wide versions. When I went in for my sunglasses, the staff were so helpful and they gave me their opinions on the different frames I tried on. I didn’t know how many options there were for lenses, different colors, polarized or not, and mirrored or not. I also got a purple foldable glasses case for only $12! I will definitely be returning when I break, lose, or need another pair! They also gave out free eclipse glasses when the solar eclipse was happening in Birmingham in April 2024, and I felt like this really showed their devotion to protecting people’s eyesight!

Staff was helpful and the selection frames was great. I had fun trying on everything and finding what was right for my face.

Great choice for glasses. Nice selection, but best of all was a very helpful employee, Georgia, who took time with me. WP also has a good deal when you get a discount if you purchase more than two pair of prescription glasses THAT can be Different prescriptions!

I'm pretty sure the employee that was helping me was actually the one that needed his eyes checked, because all he did was stare at me after confirming my sunglasses were defective. After staring back and me realizing he was done helping me, he blamed sun damage or damage by my cleaning practices, after I asked if there was anything they could do. Warby Parker has lost my business! (Not that I'd been in years, my eye doctor has been great)

Great location and very helpful staff. The staff was super helpful and made finding new frames easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes!
