SanTan Village

Went in today at 11, when they are supposed to open - no one was inside and the store was dark. A group of people began forming outside the doors when a few minutes past 11:30 finally rolled around and two workers opened the doors, neither of which bothered to apologize for opening late. The lack of customer service was disheartening and the opening up late without a care was frustrating considering I had a toddler with me who was nearing the end of her rope.

Made an appt online. My insurance said they were in network. Take off work, arrive at my appt and am told that only the product is in network, the exam is not. Would have been nice to know

This was my first time to purchase glasses at a Warby Parker store. I was very pleased with the prices of frames and the selection available. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Today, we went in seeking assistance after my husband was diagnosed with a corneal laceration. He required a special contact lens that urgent care could not provide. The staff and Dr Thomas went above and beyond to help my husband as soon as we arrived. I would give 10 stars ⭐️! Dr Thomas emphasized the importance of my husband’s visit, noting that without prompt care, he could have faced permanent vision impairment. The doctor successfully provided the lens and a prescription within five minutes. We were treated with kindness, dignity, and respect there unlike the previous office we had tried where we were currently patients (target optical Gilbert and Germann) We will return to this location for our vision needs!

I had a great experience picking out frames at Warby Parker in San Tan Village. Brittany was very knowledgeable and helpful and I believe she loves helping people. The frames are very fashionable..

I had an eye exam at Warby Parker last July. After the exam, sales staff suggested a frame but never actually fitted me like they do at other eye glass stores. They arrived in about 2 weeks and I quickly realized that they were the cheapest glasses I had ever owned. (but not cheap since I wear progressive lenses). They cost over $500. I knew within a week that the prescription seemed wrong. I called the store and they said it can take weeks to adjust to a new prescription. After a year (my fault) of trying to get used to the glasses … I gave up and went somewhere else. Eye doc could immediately see that they were the wrong prescription and warned me that it may take me a bit to get used to my new (correct) prescription since I had been wearing the wrong prescription for so long. When I picked up my new glasses, there was no need to get used to them. I knew immediately that they were the correct prescription and my vision was so greatly improved that I could not believe it. In addition to the Warby Parker glasses having the wrong prescription lenses in them, they were constantly dirty, I would clean them at least 4 times a day but they never really got clean, always seemed to have gross smears on the lenses. I have been wearing my new glasses from another eyewear store for a week now and have only had to clean them twice in one week. If you are OK with poor quality glasses and you only need a simple prescription … go for it. But, if you want quality glasses with great lenses, stay away from Warby Parker at San Tsn Village Center in Gilbert, AZ.

I have been a Warby Parker customer and fan since its inception. I am so happy to see more locations around the country. I had a wonderful experience getting a few pairs of new frames/lenses from this location. The process was simple, the customer service was top notch, and as always, I am impressed with the price and quality of Warby Parker. After many year with Target Optical, where the last experience was significantly sub par, I was hoping to find a better option. The Warby Parker team at Santan Village far exceeded my expectations. The staff are so friendly and Dr. Chris was truly awesome and somehow preemptively answered all of my questions and concerns before I even mentioned them. And the frames are lovely- something for everyone! My daughter and I had a phenomenal experience and will definitely return!

I needed new glasses and found some cute ones after looking at various other places. . But the highlight was a wonderful young man named London who was such a delight. He was very helpful with my decision and whilst ordering we had a wonderful conversation. So nice when a mundane errand becomes a pleasant human interaction.

THE PLACE to get glasses whether you have insurance or not!!! I was tired of overpricing for my glasses where I get my exam done, so I ventured out to see what else was out there even though I have great insurance. Picture the Apple store but for glasses! Clean , organized by frame type, totally AFFORDABLE!! 95 bucks out the door!! Go see.....you will not be disappointed!!

I went in for a pair of sunglasses and new progressives. They were so helpful, helped me decide on the perfect frames for my face and I was out of the store in 30 minutes. Will definitely go back in the future!
