Team are great and made me feel very at ease. Found some great frames and could use my insurance!

I've been happily buying excellent Warby Parker frames for over 10 years, but the amazing customer service at the Silverlake store--and in particular from Vanessa--deserves extra recognition. I had some issues with my prescription from another (non-Warby-Parker) optician that Vanessa successfully diagnosed. Following the prescription correction, she expertly tweaked the fit on my frames for my somewhat asymmetrical face, perfectly resolving a prescription alignment issue I was having. Thank you!

I had a great experience at Silver Lake Warby. Staff and eye doctor are super friendly and accommodating. This is my 2nd pair of glassed from there and I will plan on returning. Its easy no fuss.

Short wait times, well trained and friendly staff. The glasses look great, with high quality lenses, and if you have problems they will fix or replace them without making you jump through a bunch of hoops.

Super helpful and kind staff really make this experience as positive as possible.

Happened to stop by after getting a perm and just need to say the staff here is so helpful! Dr. Hsu was able to take me in last minute. She was so patient in answering all my questions and I felt taken care of. The staff took their time to let me try on so many pairs to get the right look and fit for my style. Loved my experience here!

During a new patient eye exam, the female optometrist (O.D.) Dr. Hsu with the orthopedic boot, said to my fíance, her new patient, who was right at my side: "Please excuse the decoration. You are invited to a party of mine after work." He said: "no". For context: There was a single balloon that was tucked behind her chair on the floor. The balloon was all black with a yellow tinted lining on the top all in the shape of a champagne bottle. I'm not sure, but the last time I graduated from school to be a medical provider, I was told asking patients out wasn't kosher. 5 minutes later she kept up the behavior by being persistent and asked him: "What are your plans for later today?" (dude, he already told you no)... He remained silent. Shout out to Ren and Cali for being the real MVPs. Ren and Cali ask for the raise you deserve!

Great shop with friendly, accommodating staff and excellent eye exams, all for a reasonable price! What more could you ask?

I got an eye exam and frames at Warby Parker in Silver Lake. It was such an easy, comfy experience, they are fantastic! Highly recommend this store!

I was walking down the block when I felt debris in my eye and severe pain, I came into the store urgently unsure if they could serve me but they said patients come to see their optometrists for infection, etc. I made an appointment for 15 minutes out on the spot. I saw Dr. Hsu who was clearly extremely smart, knowledgeable about her field, and also so friendly and helped defused the stress and panic of the situation immediately. She assessed the situation in a timely fashion and immediately diagnosed and gave me a game plan for treatment. I entered the store crying and literally left beaming, smiling. Thank Dr. Hsu!! 100/10

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and they didn’t have necessary staff there. I took off work for this appointment. They claimed they tried to reach out by phone to inform me but they input the wrong number (they have texted me at the correct number many times in the past). Previously they have sent me glasses with the wrong prescription because they input incorrect prescription info from their own doctor. Another time they made a mistake on a prescription and at least caught the mistake and called me to explain before the glasses arrived. The delays resulted in not having my sunglasses before a long vacation. These existences lead me to believe they are careless with medical information. Can you imagine if pharmacists routinely messed up dosages like this shop messes up their prescriptions? The doctor seems competent. It must be frustrating to have colleagues who lack the care and responsibility to accurately write down numbers. The location is convenient, I like the doctor and I like the glasses styles, but can I bring myself to go back? I know I shouldn’t, but…. a good doctor in a convenient location is hard to come by. If I decide to keep going here and if they stop screwing up, I’ll delete this. I look forward to reading an insincere GenAI response to this review.

I consistently have a great experience here. The customer service is excellent and the eye care I get from Dr. Hsu is exceptional. She's so thorough and patient. Shout out to Alex who went above and beyond on my last visit.

Selection was good but customer service was horrible. Came in to buy a pair of glasses but not a single employee came over to assist. For such a small store that's not busy you'd think they'd try to make a sale. The male employee was busy on his phone, as soon as he got off it he went to help the customer that just came in, completely ignoring me even though I was in his section of the store. As soon as he was done with the other customer he still doesn't say hi or anything and instead goes to the nearest mirror to fix his hair. Twice. Two different mirrors. The other female employees were inattentive as well. Decided to walk out and go to the Warby Parker in Century City where the customer service was night and day. If you want to shop for a pair of glasses go to the one in century city at least there's parking and nice employees, away from that pretentious crowd. Only upside to this location is the optometrist.

I’ve been coming to Warby Parker for 10 years. I love the warm, friendly customer service at this store. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make you feel valued, and the prices are very fair. I highly recommend Warby Parker.

I had an eye appointment today and was happy with my experience. The optometrist was knowledgeable and helped address my concerns. The staff was friendly and respectful. They did a great job explaining the charges for my new glasses, warranty coverage, and when my glasses would arrive. Thank you!
