I had a terrific experience at the Silver Lake Warby Parker store (have had a great experience here in the past as well). The woman and man who helped me were fantastic - they were knowledgable, helpful, and brought out so many frames for me to try on. They were most gracious and kind. The eye doctor was also superb. She did an amazingly thorough exam, explaining everything along the way, which I really appreciated. Picked out 2 pairs of really cute and cool glasses. Was an all around excellent experience.

I have had a great experience with Warby Parker. Ive gotten glasses, contacts, and comprehensive eye exams and care from them. They have amazing glasses & sunglasses and highly recommend warby for those. I have also had great experiences with Dr. Hsu— she is knowledgeable, kind and patient. I had some eye issues and she worked with me to help treat the issue and to find contacts that work best with my eye issues. I will definitely be going here for all my eye related needs. Thank you!

Had a full eye exam with Dr. Hsu. She was very thorough, professional and kind. I didn't realise there was an actual optometrist on the premises.

I got contacts for the first time today, and my experience at Warby Parker and especially with the optometrist Dr. Hsu far exceeded my expectations! I have intense medical anxiety and was nervous about getting contacts, but I left feeling on top of the world excited and encouraged. The optometrist Charlene Hsu was wonderful! Before anything else, she asked how I felt about getting contacts (was I excited? Worried?). I immediately felt like she would listen to me and that it was a safe space. She talked me through everything, gave me positive feedback, gave room for questions, and chatted with me. At no point did I feel rushed or experience pain. She asked my motivation for getting contacts, and I told her it was in part so I can wear them in dance class. She lit up and seemed so excited for me - she even told another employee later, “She has dance class tonight! She’ll be able to wear her contacts!” I felt so uplifted! The optometrist first fitted me with the contacts. She went slowly and guided me through it. They then have you practice putting in and removing your contacts on your own. Dr. Hsu told me not to feel rushed and that folks sometimes need to come back to practice more, which put me totally at ease. Another sweet employee (whose name I didn’t catch 😭 I believe it started with a J!) basically stood near me to help me as I practiced with the contacts. She was genuinely so helpful and not at all overbearing. Afterward, in the showroom, she was not at all pushy. Again, I felt totally safe. Every employee was down to earth and so friendly. I left thrilled that I could see and empowered that I could handle the contacts. I will absolutely return to Warby Parker (I’ve had a pair of their blue light glasses for years and have no complaints), and I encourage anyone getting contacts for the first time to go here. Every aspect of the experience had been thought through, even down to where I could set my purse down (heaven for anxious people). Thank you to the whole team at this location, especially optometrist Hsu!

Dr Hsu went above and beyond! I came in with a medical issue with my eyes and she talked with me extensively about options, recommended routines, and followed up with care and concern. I strongly recommend her as an optometrist.

I highly recommend this Warby Parker location. Dr. Hsu was so amazingly informative and helpful. She used the most up to date equipment but took time to educate me about my vision correction but also about questions I should ask my Opthamologist. Best exam I have ever had. I bought two pair of glasses. One pair of great frames and another pair of sunglasses.

I’ve been going to WP for several years and have never had an issue before. Friendly staff, clean stores, and great customer service for the most part. I knocked off a star because when I went in yesterday and purchased two pairs of glasses, the sales rep did not accept my insurance and said I’m out of network. I had double checked before coming in so I was surprised but they seemed so sure that I dropped it. Today I spent an hour on the phone with insurance and WP correcting this error so that I could be reimbursed. Sales reps should be more knowledgable and thorough going forward to prevent this from happening in the future.

Came to see a doctor about contacts that were bothering me and the doctor who was also Asian American helped take care of all my needs. Turns out the contacts weren’t a great fit but I was able to return them and get a free follow up!

Do not get your contact lense prescription here! They won’t let you return unopened boxes of contact lenses without trying to charge you for another fitting. Yikes! Use 1-800 contacts and go to a real doctor.

Clean, professional and clear. Had my eye exam here it was convenient and thorough. Learned a lot about my eyes, first time prescription glasses wearer.

The customer service, and the quality of the sunglasses here are all stellar. I will be back, in fact, I just went back today for the second time, no make that the third time.

I had a new prescription for progressive reading glasses and wasn't sure where to shop. Getting glasses on line felt risky to me. I guess I'm old school. I wanted excellent frame choices and excellent lenses for a reasonable choice. I decided to try Warby Parker. I checked out their store in Glendale, CA and their store in Silver Lake. Both stores were clean and sleek, but felt welcoming. I ended up buying my glasses at the Silver Lake store. I was raining so the store was pretty empty. I had time to browse the store without a sales person following me around. Once I had picked several frame styles. Then sales person jumped in to answer questions and get my purchase going. The entire experience was great. I will definitely shop at Warby Parker again in the future.

Great, helpful staff at every location I have been to. I found a pair of glasses and was in/out within 20 minutes after arriving. Have been a fan of this brand since 2014 and am never disappointed
