Could not be any happier with the Care that I receive at this Warby Parker store every time I come in! Everyone is very, very friendly and efficient!

This is my favorite Warby Parker center. The staff is amazing and the optometrist is very thorough. Giving a shout out to Dario. If you want the best adjustments, you gotta go with him. And a doctor Robina was a rockstar.

Have always had great experiences here. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Many styles to choose from. I would recommend to anyone looking for sunglasses or prescription.

Great store, great customer service, and excellent eye exam experience.

I came in for an eye exam with the doctor, this was my first eye exam in nearly 20 years. I didn’t really know what to expect but everyone in this store was so helpful and kind. I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked in the door, once I let them know why I was there. They checked me in for my appointment. I was a few minutes early, but they got me right in to start my pre-exam. Once the doctor is ready for me, I went back for my eye exam. Dr. Chang was extremely nice and helped me understand everything that’s going on with my vision. She was very thorough in explaining things and made me feel very comfortable. It didn’t feel rushed, we went through multiple different assessments and she answered all of my questions. After the exam, I went back out into the store where one of the employees, Kennedy, was very helpful in helping me pick my new glasses. This was the first time in my life I’m getting glasses, and I was at the store alone - feeling a bit overwhelmed trying to pick. She was very patient with me as I tried on nearly every pair in the store and gave me her input when asked to help me make my final decision. Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be returning to this store in the future!

I ordered my glasses from fashion is on July 21. I was quoted A 10 day turnaround, which is 10 business days. On August 4 I got an email that said my glasses were in the process of being built. I contacted customer service and was told I would have my glasses by the eighth as expected. Did not receive my glasses on the eighth when I called customer service was told that they were at the lab and no one could call the lab to find out when they would be delivered I’ve been contacting Warby Parker’s customer service every day and now I’m being quoted August 21 and was told that the lab Did not pass my glasses through inspection. I started calling again on Monday was told my glasses would be shipped and that they were Going to upgrade me to next day shipping and I should receive them by Wednesday and then I would receive an email update Receive new update call on Tuesday three times and now I’m being told my glasses will not be done until August 21: there is no way to contact the lab or to call the store I ordered them from. It seems like I’m calling a remote call center with zero leadership even though I’ve asked to speak to a manager as I want to understand why it will take another 20+ days to build my glasses that they built faulty in the first place. Additionally, do not feel it is appropriate that I am the one who’s calling into customer service and they are not proactively managing my expectations

Terrible service. Had an appointment for 5:40 but couldn't make it right on time. Arrived at 5:50pm just to find out the doctor left at exactly 5:45pm. Be careful when you schedule your appointment. They don't care about the patient. They wait on you up till the last second of the 5 min grace period (which is not mentioned anywhere on their booking page or appt confirmation) and hope that you don't show up so they can leave early. Weird, bc when I originally booked the appointment, they have availability until 7pm. Why is the doctor even leaving? There's also no way to contact them directly if you're late. Supposedly they called me, however all I received were potential spam numbers. So their store number when they call out comes up as spam on your phone Worst customer service and logistics for this location. Highly recommend to go elsewhere. Where they stay their full working hours.

I was lost for 10 minutes trying to find the place and they would not take me for an eye exam because their doctor was too busy. What a joke of a place. Will take my business elsewhere.

They have a great selection of fashionable frames. The service was top notch with no pressure to buy or upgrade. Overall, a pleasant customer experience.
