I recently had an appointment with Dr. Brian and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and expertise I received. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt at ease and in capable hands. He took the time to explain each step of the examination and ensured all my questions were answered. Following my examination, I was assisted by Stephanie in selecting a new pair of glasses. The range of options was vast, but with their expert guidance, I was able to find the perfect fit. Stephanie was patient, knowledgeable. They made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Both professionals exemplified the highest standards in their respective roles. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of eye care services.

We love coming to this location for our annual eye exam. Dr. Brian Baldovino was professional, courteous, and very welcoming. The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Book your appointment, you won’t regret it!!

This is a comfortable place to shop for glasses. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. They had the type of glasses that I was looking for .They made everything easy. I just wish there was a store closer to me, but luckily they will send my glasses once they are ready. Hopefully everything will be good and I will not need to go back in right away for any adjustments in the lenses. This is my first time using this company.

Stephanie was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to order both glasses and sunglasses for less than a single pair of glasses from my optometrist. Can’t wait to get my new glasses!

This was my first Warby Parker store experience and it won't be my last! I had the most pleasant experience today! My eye exam was unexpectedly thorough and all of my questions were answered with excellent ideas to resolve my issues. Picking out new frames is often a nerve wracking experience for me, but they were very patient, kept going to pull other frames as they saw what I was liking and then helped me eliminate my choices down to the final picks. The prices were very reasonable and I can't wait for my glasses to arrive. Thank you!

The staff at Warby Parker Victoria Gardens are friendly and helpful. They take the time to explain the different features on the eyeglasses. They allowed me to make my own decision on my preference without putting any pressure. The representative who helped me went above and beyond to give great service. Will be going there again for future prescription eyeglasses.

I made an appointment online the night before the eye exam at the Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens. I was not aware that I could book and eye exam at the location, so I was very pleased with this option. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment. Parking was easy and the store was also easy to find. Upon entering staff was very friendly. They made me aware that the Doctor would see me shortly and I should look around and try on some frames. The store was kept clean and felt inviting. I tried on several pairs. They have sizes in medium and wide available to try for each pair. There were many options, but they did advise to try on the frames virtually before arriving. this helped to not feel overwhelmed by choices. This was my first eye exam, and the Doctor made me feel very comfortable and was very informative about the entire process. I purchased clear glasses and sun glasses with my prescription. It was a very easy process and I left feeling very happy about my decision to use Warby Parker for my eye exam. The frames were beautiful, classic and stylish. They have something for everyone. Loved Loved Loved my experience.

Dr Brian is amazing! I was running a little bit late and they accommodated me the exam was a BREEZE and he explained all the details. I’m excited about my new classes and how efficient the exam was. Thank you Dr. Brian and the staff.
