Katie and Alexis were so helpful, friendly and patient. The styles were awesome and the whole process was enjoyable.

Great service here. My glasses fell apart when I was having dinner close by. The gentlemen fixed them for me at no charge and got me on my way. I haven't yet purchased WP glasses but sure will consider it next time I need a pair!

I was lured in by their commercial for sure! The store I visited had a great selection. The staff are great and the prices are great too!! I had a hard time choosing lol.

Kate is amazing! She is professional, kind and efficient. I purchased three glasses and all needed adjustment due to God’s gift of my particular face/ears/low bridge nose . Katie quickly and patiently dealt with me and the multiple adjustments! I highly recommend Katie! Thank you!

Simple to summarize: glasses generally stylish, reasonably priced, but main thing is great staff to help you navigate.

Yesterday I was assisted by Katie :) She was very calm, very mild, very demure - if you will. I had already selected which glasses I liked and she walked me through the process. She took some measurements, we figured out they wouldn't be in network but she could grab my Rx, itemize my purchase for the FSA account, she got my thinner lenses for my blind self, the blue light blocking and they'll ship to my house in 7-10 business days. She never made me feel rushed or that I had to chose anything. It was a very clean, friendly environment. I know the perk of Warby is the convenience of doing it online - but the in-person experience felt just as convenient in that- instant gratification/"just did an adulting thing right!" kind of way. 10/10 experience - would 1000% do that again. Great location!!

I can’t believe that I haven’t purchased all my glasses here. So efficient. They managed the transaction with my insurance seamlessly. Great selection. Great price and value. If I had known, I would have gotten my eye exam here.

The male sales associate with curly black hair was very rude. When I asked about other low bridge fit glasses, he told me there is only one low bridge fit style and did not want to show me the other 10+ styles of low bridge fit glasses that were also in the store, he seemed like he could care less to be working there, was not knowledgeable about their products at all. Gave us attitude the whole time. I had to find another associate to help me with my purchase. Lucky, the second female sales associate was helpful and made my purchase a pleasant experience.

TODAY IS JULY 1, 2024. I ordered and PAID for 2 pairs of eye glasses at Warby PARKER UTC in San Diego, CA on 4-15-24. I still have not received my eye glasses despite making numerous phone calls and sending emails. My calls do not go to the physical store. They apparently go to call centers throughout the US. The call center employees tell me there are "NO PHONES AT THE STORE WHERE I PURCHASED MY GLASSES." WHAT???? I reside in Alaska and have purchased numerous pairs of glasses at Warby Parker during my travels.....this is the worst case of customer service ever, actually it's a case of NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The call centers have promised me phone calls and email follow-ups...NOTHING! Someone at one of the call centers even told me they are not allowed to give out their NYC Headquarter's phone number. They have my phone number....but they probably can't call me because THEY DON'T HAVE A PHONE! Any suggestions?

I had a wonderful experience to purchase my prescription glasses I have only worn over the counter reading glasses and now need distance glasses. I would highly recommend the staff at the UTC location. All very friendly and helpful.

My name is Hailey, this is my husbands google account the man who helped us was just so much fun to work with. The prices with all the bells and whistles here just can’t be beat compared to lens crafters where we have always gone. Here so many options and cute frames that are in style and just so much more cost affective. I got 3 for the price of 1 at other competitors. Plus was just a truly a really fun experience with the gentleman we worked with

UTC La Jolla warby parker was my family members and I go to when it's comes to buying eyeglasses. They sell the best frames and provide excellent services until our encounter today with one of their optician, name Tj Taylor. He was so unfriendly and unwelcoming the way he look at us. He seems not wanting to work and don't know how to do his job correctly. We went there today to get my daughters eyeglasses nose pads adjusted and instead of getting it fix, it went from bad to worse! The nose pads are not sitting on my daughter nose properly. It wasn't touching her nose at all. Now, after the adjustments it was causing dent spots on her nose and feeling uncomfortable wearing it instead. This guy doesn't seems to know what his doing. I showed him my eyeglasses as an example how the nose pads are properly sitting on my nose and his response was "look at me, every glasses are different they are not the same!" with attitude. I just didn't say anything after that bought the cleaning spray and left. I'd rather pay someone else to do the work and get the results we want. Just so disappointed how this guy represents warby parker to it's customers. I love this company and still going to continue buying glasses from them. I just hope we won't get treated the way we are treated by this opticians again! And hoping to get the service done as we need. The other personels who checked us in and processed our payment was nice, respectful, welcoming and friendly!
