Warby Parker at Park Meadows has THE worst customer service! If you happen to go and get put with Ryan, RUN. He is so unkept, rude and down right apathetic. Just a truly repulsive person. I will never step foot in that store again. It isn’t just a fluke. He is nasty every time I go in to that store. I’ve been th brunt of his behavioral problems and I’ve listened to him with others. He needs to be fired NOW.

Great place to find glasses. Everyone is very friendly and the glasses are open for you to try right there. I forgot my prescription but was still able to choose frames and email my prescription to them afterwards. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

Tried buying from the website years ago and struggled to find a pair of glasses I liked. But recently I saw some TV ads and decided to drive over. Saved $100 compared to my local Target, and a much nicer experience too (Target salesperson reminded me of a car salesperson). Warby Parker will be my go-to for glasses going forward.

The staff here was very welcoming and so nice to help me pick the best frames for my face! Just happened to walk in since I live across the way and was able to slide into a quick exam! The optometrist was super friendly and knew what I needed for my eyes. Frames and exam were super affordable and I just loved the whole experience! 10/10 would recommend!

I would highly advise people to not get your glasses adjusted at this location or to buy glasses from this company. The staff are very friendly and helpful, but they can damage your glasses. I went in to have my glasses adjusted and the tech instantly helped me and said the nose pieces needed to be replaced. So, he replaced them, but while doing that, the tech put chips in both lenses at the nose piece locations with the tool. I have only had these glasses for 8 months and now they are cracked. I called Warby Parker Customer service line, and explained my situation. They told me that they placed a ticket and I should here back in 24 hours. I had to call them twice because 2 weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything. Once I finally got a hold of someone on the customer service line, they told me that they could help, and it was apparent to me not ticket had been placed and told me to go back to the store to deal with my concern. The store was the one that directed my to the customer service line, and there is not store specific phone number that doesn't reroute you back to the customer service line. It is evident that this company does not back their products or customers. I will not be returning to this company in the future.

I got an eye exam at another location but next time it will be WP! Mars and Evelyn were extremely helpful and the cost for the glasses is no nonsense! Loved my experience and will be back!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. It was a very quick and painless experience. They told me all my insurance benefits and made sure I got the best deal (which meant not going through my insurance) and saved me more money!!

My whole family had such a great experience here! Ryan was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped my husband and mother-in-law to switch out glasses that weren't working for them in the first 30 days and adjusted my husbands glasses. When we had to go back a couple times for problems (not Warby Parker's fault), Ryan was helpful again and again. We really appreciate him!

This is a really great place to get eye glasses at, most efficient and nice and friendly, took 15 minutes to get everything done done, took me longer to get there, had to get my eye glasses adjusted then had to exchange one of my pair didn’t like easy and easy. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great glasses and wouldn’t take forever to stay in the store and getting everything done. I refuse to go to anywhere like this place, the glasses world usually takesssssssz foreverrrrrrr to get stuff done this place nope, very affordable and great styles. Thank you warby!

I love coming into WP; the selection is plentiful. It’s nice to be able to move at your own pace and try each frame on, with a mirror right there for a quick yay, nay, hmm, or ohhhh yeah! The staff is nearby, available and willing to offer a second opinion if prompted. I feel the frames carried at WB are high quality; I’ve had no problems with any of the pairs I’ve purchased in the past.

Everyone there was super helpful. From getting advice on which ones look good to being patient while I pulled 20 frames off the wall. They were sincere and kind and gave me great feedback. Will be back again next year for my next pair!

i had an amazing experience at warby parker today! the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. i went with my baby and Lindsey helped rock my baby in her stroller while i went into a room that didn’t have enough space to bring her in, i thought that was so kind and thoughtful of her and she was great at answering all of my questions. all of the staff up front was super friendly and helpful with helping me pick which frames i should get. i even ordered a pair and went back and changed my mind and they cancelled the order for me and ordered the new ones i wanted with no complaints. i’m so happy i found this office and i will definitely be going back when i’m due for my next exam!

Great staff, great doctor, great glasses. Huge selection of glasses in any style you could want. Best part is that they are all affordable!

The optometrist at the Park Meadows location is one of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve ever met. The rest of the team was patient and attentive as I found my frames and in the checkout process.
