I am a new customer at Warby Parker as of this past month and I have to say, I'm extremely pleased with the in-house staff at this location. Both Tyler and Arik have been abundantly helpful with fitting me with new glasses, reframing them weeks later, and finally contact lense ordering today. At all times I've felt respected and taken care of, with a positively no nonsense approach to getting me fitted comfortably. Though the locations are sparse in suburbs, these opticians are worth it 👍

Eye exam fast efficient, tech explained my eye health. The eyewear consultant was friendly and helpful. Large selection of frames to choose from. Fast easy and nice people to work with.

They won't even adjust sunglass or regular glasses for better fitment. Take your business elsewhere unless you don't care about having your glasses fitted to your face.

This was my first experience having to get eye glasses. Arek was super knowledgable and extremely helpful, some of the other staff jumped in to help as well. I’ve always loved Warby Parker’s service, and the Westminster location was no exception. I came in for an eye exam and new glasses on a busy day, but even with just one associate running the store, I received a personalized, attentive experience. He suggested frames I wouldn’t have picked myself and guided me through choosing the right lenses. When I later decided to switch to high-index lenses, customer support made the exchange super easy. Warby Parker consistently delivers excellent service. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for glasses!

Kylie and Aric were so nice!! Kylie helped me find my perfect pair of glasses!! I’m very picky and she made sure I picked ones that were just right for my prescription! She was so considerate and I really appreciated how thoughtful and kind she was the whole time. Buying glasses is stressful but Kylie found the glasses that fit me PERFECT!! I was instantly happy! So I chose Warby Parker Orchard town center cause you had some excellent reviews. It’s been two weeks now since I had my appointment I was told I get my glasses in 10 to 17 days and now I just got an email just this morning saying that you needed information on my glasses found out that you were waiting for a prescription when it was your Doctor Who gave me the eye exam your Doctor Who had it on my file and yet your company is asking for my prescription. How insane is that! That is so Unprofessional and horrible customer service so now I’m told I have to wait another two weeks when I’m already straining my eyes and that was the whole purpose of me going for an eye exam as far as I’m concerned I will never refer anybody I know to you guys and I’m really quite frankly pissed off that this is how you treat your customers especially new ones who were expecting much more Impressive service than what I’m getting right now. Staff was amazingly friendly was running late for my appointment didn’t make me feel uncomfortable because of it. Took their time and answered all my questions and during the examination never felt rushed even though by the time I left, there was only a minute left before they closed. Highly recommend this place.
