Had some issues with the prescription on my new glasses that required a replacement. Emma took care of the issue when I dropped in, ordering me a new pair that arrived days later. I appreciated the fast and friendly service at this location.

Good place to get an eye exam and new frames. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

Staff at this location are tremendous. Unfortunately you can’t schedule with staff but I highly encourage you to seek out Melinda or Dallis. They both listen to their customers attentively, and are kind, patient, and positive!

The eye exam I received today was the most comprehensive exam I have ever received- even after having had cataract surgery and consultation with specialists. Dr. KB at Warby Parker was thorough and knowledgeable about my concerns- she listened and understood what I felt were everyday challenges. I was completely satisfied with the experience and trust her judgment. Also- the staff was pleasant and professional- a totally great experience. A huge THANK YOU to all.

As a Warby Parker customer for many years, having purchased at least 6 different pairs of glasses, I couldn’t be more disappointed. I stopped into today to have one of my eyeglasses adjusted and was told the optician was busy, but I could wait 30 minutes approximately for their return from lunch. It was 2:45pm (typically not a standard lunch time) and that no other employee could assist. If this is the way this store operates, they need to post all times when normal services a Warby Parker provides are offered. Supremely disappointed. Pick any other location, they were rude and unhelpful. Will probably look to switch to another place to purchase glasses in the future.

Melinda adjusted my new glasses perfectly and assured me that they fit my face well so I didn’t have to send them back.

Great experience selecting new frames! Pricing is clear and straightforward. The staff was helpful and I never felt pressured.

It pains me to write this review as I have been a Warby Parker customer for several years and treated very well, until my most recent visit here (at the Connecticut Ave, Dupont Cir location) when showing up for an eye exam. I walked in and was never greeted until I approached a store rep to inquire about my eye exam. Sadly, this was not the worst part of my visit. I was eventually led to the back for an eye exam. I explained some issues with my vision to the eye doctor, who repeatedly tried to minimize my concerns and discomfort I'd been experiencing in one eye - by saying that I appeared to be reading at a 20/20. This response came after I read a set of letters on a screen with my prescription sunglasses he asked me to read from. I felt uncomfortable simply expressing my concerns because his responses were careless and very apathetic. It was almost intimidating to speak up and advocate for myself. This eye doctor assured me that he'd give a thorough examination to try and rule out the problem. Instead, he concluded that the results from my eye examination were consistent with my prescription from 2020?!? Four years ago? Yet, I still trusted his report because no other Warby Parker eye doctor I've seen (at other locations) has steered me in a wrong direction. HOWEVER, my doubtful intuitions were correct. I received my glasses today and the prescription was completely off in both eyes. Its upsetting because I don't know how many other customers leave that location feeling helpless with the wrong prescription, or simply feel unseen.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. I visited on a Sunday, prescription in hand, ready to order glasses. There were four employees working and only one other customer in the store, yet not a single employee acknowledged me during the ten minutes I was there. I even tried to make eye contact and smile at the employee stationed at the front, but he turned away. To make matters worse, when another customer entered, they were greeted and offered assistance right away. I’m not sure why I was overlooked, but the lack of acknowledgment made me feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location.

Highly recommend, so easy and everyone is so nice.

Everyone at this location has always been polite and helpful. Really appreciated their suggestions.

My main issue was with insurance- they told me upon arrival that the optometrist was new and so not covered by any insurance. They said this totally nonchalantly, which is ridiculous. Then, one employee told me the optometrist would be covered by my insurance, when he was not ultimately. The employees were friendly overall and the optometrist himself was great. The lady checking me out was the least friendly of the employees, though, and she upsold me on some BS that cost an extra $100. They are probably working on commission, which is annoying for everyone involved except for corporate executives. More enshittification of businesses that I once liked. I wish I could have switched locations for my eye exam and saved hundreds of dollars, and also not have been lied to about the coverage, which if I had the resources, could probably be a lawsuit.

The location had no one on staff who can do glasses adjustments and had no way of calling any other locations to see if anyone else who could do glasses adjustments were available.

Have had bad experiences both times, pushing expensive products with tragic quality. They no longer offer frame replacements and warranty is all the way down to 30-days...go figure. The only thing they are good at is selling $150+ glasses that break in a few months. Conveniently they told me it's not the quality, it's the way I take them off my face. This place is a joke and I'd suggest not wasting money at Warby Parker.

doing the new glasses thing, even with insurance, always feels like a scam with the lenscrafters, for-eyes, of the world. None of that with WP. Just lots to choose from, good prices, and no funny insurance games.

I’ve been going to Warby Parker for 3 years and the customer service at this location is deplorable. I arrive at 2:15 pm for a 2:15 pm appointment. AFTER checking me in, the check in person ever so casually states the doctor won’t take your insurance but we’ll take your insurance for the glasses. I said, I’m sorry I don’t understand would you explain? The check in clerk dismissively says the doctor is new and has only been there for 3 weeks and isn't taking insurance yet and we’re not sure when he will. I shared that I didn’t see this information on their website, or on the intake form, or on the pre-arrival confirmation email. Why didn’t I know this information before I arrived? The check in person had a take it or leave it, this is a you problem attitude. He then grudgingly finally offers to make me an appointment at another location when I decline a virtual appointment…which I’m still unclear how that works. Overall a waste of my time, just a nasty experience overall and before this I had the best experience with WP. Just really disappointing. I wish I could bill them an invoice for wasting my time!
