Coconut Point

I visited the shop tonight because I needed some help. There was 4-5 employees and one other customer (besides me). It wasn’t busy at all. I wish to give negative feedback about Orlando who was dismissive and curt to me. I am a long time customer and I had a pretty simple request. He wasn’t nice and I wonder why he is in a client facing role. I would like to highlight Cheyenne who was solutions focused (thankfully) and was able to address my needs. Thank you Cheyenne.

A lot of styles to choose from the staff was helpful. Help me find what would fit my face the best and help me pick out a frame, and the prices were excellent.

Dr. Nguyen was nice and all but her staff members were very pushy. They performed a couple tests before I even consented which led to me paying an even higher price than just the $95 eye exam for prescriptions. After I was done with the eye exam, I had to get back to work so I just wanted to check out but they kept insisting I would buy their glasses and had 2 team members handing me more and more glasses to try on which made me feel like they were trying to peer pressure me into getting glasses from them.

The team here is wonderful & the tech behind their eye exams is very cool!

Addie was great! Patient and helpful, between us we picked the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She even helped me with my insurance! Thank you!

person who serviced was very knowledgeable and helpful from the beginning to the end even filed our insurance claim for us. I’ve been shopping at Warby s for the last five years and I’m very happy with them. They take care of everything from the first time they sell the glasses, any problems, warranty, scratches, etc. great service

Being a NYer, I approach most things with a dose of skepticism and cynicism....lol. I was pleasantly surprised how easy and straightforward it was to purchase a beautiful pair of glasses AND sunglasses at Warby Parker. Katie was a beautiful, classy, professional salesperson who helped me choose the right pair of glasses. Addie followed that up the next day by being very sweet and helpful and helped me make the decision to also purchase sunglasses after having a wonderful, thorough eye exam. I will definitely be returning when I need new glasses or contacts and will be recommending Warby to friends and family.

We went to Warby Parker at Coconut point shopping center in Estero Florida and met up with Stephanie who could not be nicer or more helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. Stephanie made some great suggestions and took the time to fit my glasses to me. We love the shopping experience at Warby Parker and with staff members like Stephanie you’re guaranteed a great experience. Thank you again.

Update to review: The following day, the store manager called us to apologize for the way we were treated. She is going to talk to Orlando and we agreed that the feedback is meant to be just that, feedback, not punishment, but a coachable event. I believe she, along with other employees really do represent the Warby Parker approach to customer service and we will continue to be customers. Went to this location to get my husband’s new glasses adjusted & to inquire about why my new glasses are blurry. Had a horrible interaction with the associate, Orlando, who was cocky, condescending & gave me incorrect information about my glasses & stated the glasses were made as ordered, implying, they can’t be blurry. We decided to leave this store & go to the Naples location where we had placed the order & had terrific service. Turns out my prescription was wrong! My glasses had my husband’s distance prescription, which is the reason they were blurry. The associate, Kevin handled the error professionally & offered me options. I will never return to the Coconut Point location & hope Orlando receives some customer service training, although I don’t think his arrogance can be helped. Be like Kevin or Angie in Naples, they’re awesome!

Warby Parker has great frames, great staff, they are affordable and fashionable, and offer a quick and efficient service. I don't buy my glasses anywhere else now

I had such a great experience at Warby Parker today for the second time! I was greeted as soon as I walked in and immediately helped by a sales associate who was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. She quickly understood what I was looking for and made great suggestions based on frame colors, styles, and what suited the shape and size of my face. She made the whole experience easy and fun. I highly recommend Warby Parker at Coconut Point and will definitely be back a third time should I need another pair of eyeglasses.

The entire process was easy and enjoyable. I also have to mention the Arch Manning commercials, they definitely caught my attention! I mean, who doesn’t like a Manning? They made me curious enough to check out Warby Parker, and I’m glad I did. I ended up purchasing two pairs of glasses that are both stylish and surprisingly affordable. Between the excellent customer service, great selection, and reasonable prices, I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!
